Grass STAB; Immunity to Leech Seed and Worry Seed. 50% reduction in status effect chance of oncoming "powder" attacks. More mobile in areas with strong natural light sources. Superior senses in tall grass and forest areas. Able to use Wrap and Bind without losing focus.

This Pokemon has a stockpile of defensive spores which it realeases on opponents who strike with contact attacks. There is a 10% chance each of poison, paralysis, and sleep. When disabled, the Pokemon's Powder attacks are 10% more accurate.

Poison Heal
Type: Innate
Pokemon with this ability have internal structures that absorb the toxins in poison and uses them to recover two (2) HP/action instead of taking poison damage. When a Pokemon with Poison Heal inflicts Poison on themselves with an attack, it uses up one of their Recovery Moves. If Toxic'd, the Toxic counter will still go up each round and Toxic will do the relevant damage for that round should their ability be disabled.

Jump into Muk to activate Poison Heal ~ plant seeds that leech his health inside of him ~ use Spore FROM INSIDE OF HIM

Minimize (You should be smaller than Shroomish so it can't exactly jump into you) - Acid Spray (try and use the force of the spray to deflect seeds) - Fire Blast (destroy spores, hopefully dealing reduced damage as well)

Jump into Muk ~ Leech Seed ~ Spore​

HELLO AND WELCOME TO THE ASB TOURNEY ARENA! The stands are packed full of trainers from around the world as the exhibition matches take place. So relax, get some popcorn and MAKE sure the wife doesn't change channel.

And in the Bermuda Court, the 14:25 match begins! It seems to be a Muk vs a Shroomish, and we can assume it's gonna be a lively, if not one-sided one. Shroomish seems to want to keep things REALLY personal, and attempts to Jump into Muk (2 Damage / -2 EN). However, Muk has suddenly decided to diet, and used a sneaky Minimize (-12 EN) to shrink, leaving the scenario with Shroomish lodged inside a Mini-Muk. That looks uncomfortable.

Muk now really doesn't like the new fungal growth on its skull, and blasts it off in a gigantic volcano of Acid and goo which Sprays over the arena (15 Damage / -2 EN), forcing Shroomish off and splatting it in some Sp.Def lowering goop, which did cushion the fall at least. Perhaps it was because the blast took a split second longer, or simply because the move was relatively simpler, but there seems to be some plant life lodged VERY deep into Muk, a Leech Seed (10 EN) which seems to be doing above average draining (-5 HP Muk / +5 HP Shroomish).

Shroomish now launches a Spore (-8 EN) at Muk, who doesn't like the concept of being put to sleep. So, he instead burns the spores up with a huge Fire Blast, which burns through them with ease and collides with Shroomish painfully (20 Damage / -8 EN). The remaining spores float down coated in embers, and one of them lands on the leftover acid. Suddenly, flames flare up on the arena floor as the place becomes an inferno of toxic fumes and flames. As the arena stands evacuate and the trainers equip their Gas-Masks (Only 1 TC, guarenteed for life!), all those available are poisoned badly... to which Shroomish gets high on (+2 HP), and even continues watching Leech Leech Seed Gain more HP for her (-5 HP Muk / +5 HP Shroomish).

AHH! IT BURNS!​

Action 1 the jumping into Muk did minor damage, and ended up getting stuck in a position where most attacks wouldn't be feasible. Action 2 removed Shroomish from Muk, and planted a Leech Seed which drains 1 Extra HP per action, ((110 * 0.033) + 1) = 4.63. Action 3 the spores were mauled by the flames, and the toxins on the ground caught on fire, poisoning everyone who could be and evacuating the stands. Oh, and some parts of the arena are on fire, mind your step lest you be burned!
 
Since Shroomish is already healing, I guess it can't hurt to dump more acid.

For your first action, I'd like you to rain a Venom Shock down onto Amanita. Since the entire battlefield is covered in ooze and fire, maybe some of the venom will accumulate more sludge or get set on fire...

Next, I'd like you to use Minimize again. Don't try and make yourself smaller; just try and compress your inner body walls so that you kill those pesky seeds implanted in you.

Lastly, use Venom Shock again, following the example of the first Venom Shock.

Yaku begins now with a Venoshock (34 Damage / -7 EN), which summons a small black cloud over Amanita. It hovers over ina mocking way, before hell itself breaks loose. The droplets of acid catch on fire, and these flames also Incinerates Amanita with the dancing balls of fire (11 Bonus Damage)... and I think that's a burn! Amanita tries for a Stun Spore (-6 EN), but the volley of toxins flies right over Yaku, missing and peacefully landing on the sludge behind him. The seeds reactivate the draining process (+5 HP Amanita / -5 HP Yaku) as Amanita burns (-2 HP Amanita). Poison Heal also triggers as Amanita gains more health (+2 HP)

Yaku continues by making his internal body structure undulate with a Minimize (-9 EN), but it seems as if that seed is stuck in there too well, and is only dislodged to the stage of being like a normal leech seed.. Watching in a sense of confusion, Amanita gets in position and fires a supercharged Seed Bomb (-28 EN) into the arena water pit, blasting a HUGE Surf (19 Bonus Damage) across the rest of the battlefield, hitting Yaku hard whilst cleaning the arena, leaving just small puddles of poison, and no flames burning. Leech Seed then continues draining, but much weaker force behind it, as the burn stings but Poison heal counters it. (+3 HP Amanita / -3 HP Yaku).
