Well, we all know the drill so let's get this party started!

Engineer Chooses Items
Fire Blast sends out his two Pokemon, chooses items and orders his mons.
Engineer Orders.
I ref.

This is from my understanding of Engineer.

Camerupt@Expert Belt: Earthquake ~ Earth Power (Tentacool) ~ Earthquake

IF
either opponent uses Bide THEN use Yawn on Muk and create a 20 HP Substitute.

Emboar@Leftovers: Wild Charge (Tentacool) ~ Sunny Day ~ Bulldoze (Muk)

IF Tentacool has not been KOed on A3 THEN use Giga Impact on Tentacool.

uhh...

Given that I issued the challenge, shouldn't I send out my Pokemon first and issue actions last?

e: I sent two to expedite the process; by sending two, we skip the step where I send out Pokemon, as it wouldn't matter anyway.

e2: Just confirmed this on IRC. However, I do have to equip items. Expert Belt on Muk, Black Sludge on Tentacool.

e3: Okay. We've just got some new purchases for you, Tentacool, so it's time to try them out!

Kurage: Dive (Camerupt) - Mirror Coat (Camerupt) - Hydro Pump (Camerupt)

Yaku: Minimize - Rain Dance - Toxic (Camerupt)

And so the first round of the battle begins!!

Kurage the Tentacool decides he'd rather spend his time in the Arena's pool, so he Dives in, staying submerged for the rest of the round.
This tactic leaves Scarlet out in the cold as she tries to Wild Charge Tentacool, but can't reach him!
Yaku just decides to Minimize himself to lower any chances his opponents have of hitting him.
Katrina's Earthquake still hits the Muk (and Emboar), though. Kurage stays safely under the water, waiting to pop up and hit Katrina after the tremor has finished.

Kurage goes first, or he would be if it didn't seem like he was waiting for something...
Scarlet moves next as she dances around the field,
summoning a Sunny Day.
Yaku is more of a rainy day kind of sludge, so he decides to retort with his own dance, the Rain Dance! This macarena-like ritual brings in the clouds and causes a torrential downpour to sweep over the field.
Katrina fires off an Earth Power at the seemingly unaware Tentacool, who seems to have received the attack he was hoping for.
The odd Mirror Coat that had been built around the Tentacool throughout the round had shimmered and concentrated itself into a single ray, retaliating against Katrina's Earth Power with even more force!

Seeing as his plan had gone perfectly, Kurage goes back on the offensive with a rain-boosted Hydro Pump attack that severely weakens Katrina.
Scarlet tries to make her Bulldoze hit Yaku, but forgets that Bulldoze hits everyone on the field! She not only strikes the Muk, but also Kurage and Katrina. The speed boost is largely wasted thanks to Kurage's Clear Body and since Yaku is still faster than Katrina.
Even so, Yaku still remains faster than Katrina and uses his advantage to spray Toxic mist at her.
Katrina summons another Earthquake out of rage.

Let's see how our competitors are doing!

I approve of 41 damage Hydro Pump. Not so much of Minimize not doing anything again.

Yaku: Thunder (Emboar) - Mud Bomb (Emboar) - Toxic (Emboar)
IF (Emboar uses Protect) THEN (Use chill instead and push the queue back, but not consecutively)
IF (Emboar uses Sunny Day) THEN (Use Rain Dance and use Toxic - Mud Bomb as your remaining actions)

Kurage: Brine (Camerupt) - Hydro Pump (Camerupt) - Brine (Camerupt)
IF (Camerupt uses Protect A1) THEN (Change A1 and A2 and redirect to Emboar)
IF (Camerupt faints) AND (Emboar uses Bulldoze) THEN (Use Dive (Emboar) instead)
IF (Camerupt faints) THEN (Redirect all to Emboar)

Did you forget about Camerupt's Magma Armor and Solid Rock?

For Hydro Pump, I'm getting:

(12 [BP] + 3 [STAB] + 3 [Rain] - 3 [Abilities] ) * 2.25 = 15 * 2.25 = 33.75 ~ 34 damage

For Dive:

(8 [BP] - 3 [Stats] + 3 [STAB] - 3 [Abilities] )* 2.25 = 5 * 2.25 = 11.25 ~ 11 damage

For Bulldoze:

(4.5 [BP] + 3 [Stats] - 3 [Abilities] ) * 1.5 = 6.75 ~ 7 damage

That is 19 more HP for Camerupt!

Emboar: Wild Charge + Wild Charge (Tentacool) ~ rest ~ Bulldoze

<Me> So, he (Fire Blast) isn't protected or bodyblocking the opponents attacks A1? Sevendeadlysins?
<SDS> Temper: that's the way i'd do it
<SDS> but the protect+bodyblock would happen on a2

The match starts with Kurage firing a Brine at Katrina. The salt water gets into her existing wounds, knocking her clean out!
Yaku mysteriously (what is Scarlet planning?) moves next and summons a Thunderbolt from the sky, striking Scarlet dead-on!
Scarlet shakes it off and unleashes her powerful Dual Charge attack. The twin helices of electricity spiral around Scarlet as she tackles and utterly destroys Kurage.

Scarlet is now the fastest, but she needs to take a breather after her badass attack, so Yaku takes the opportunity to spray her with a Mud Bomb.

Scarlet, irritated by the mud staining her fur, starts to Bulldoze the ground. This tremor damages Yaku decently and also futhers the speed gap between them.
Yaku merely sprays a Toxic gas at his opponent and sits back, waiting for the toxin to fully course through Scarlet's veins.

Oooh, this battle will be down to the last wire!!

Scarlet starts this (hopefully final) round with a Scalding blast of water aimed at Yaku. The boiling water hurts the Muk, but doesn't leave a burn.
Yaku manages to forget the minor pain and Torments Scarlet, preventing her from using any moves she used last turn.

Yaku moves first this turn, firing a seething Venoshock at Scarlet, aggravating her pre-existing toxins and doing terrific damage. Scarlet tries to use a massive Bulldoze combo, but just can't overcome her foe's torment!

Yaku summons a Thunder to strike Scarlet while she stands around aimlessly, leaving her unconscious.

We have a winner folks!! Engineer's Yaku is the last Pokemon standing!
