To clarify: All of the recent changes to the tier are in effect for the finals. This means Yanmega, Venomoth, Cresselia, Blastoise, Rhyperior, Golurk, Umbreon, Stoutland, and Gastrodon are no longer in RU. Likewise, Charizard, Sawsbuck, Tangrowth, and Victreebel are now a part of RU. (Someone please correct me if I'm missing something.)
