TEAMS

Toast automatically sends out:
Toxicroak(*)
Vennon (M)

Nature: Quiet (+1 Rank to Special Attack; Divides Base Speed by 1.15 and gives a flat 10 point decrease in evasion, effectively adding 10 accuracy (e.g. 85 becomes 95)
Type: Poison / Fighting
Poison: Poison STAB; immunity to Poison/Toxic, see and breath through smog/smokescreens/haze uninhibited. Able to use Wrap and Bind without losing focus. Superior senses in urban settings.
Fighting: Fighting STAB; ignore weight restrictions of throwing/grappling moves. Superior reaction time in close quarters.

Abilities: Anticipation, Dry Skin
Anticipation: (Innate)This Pokemon is better at sensing dangerous attacks, and reduced the Base Attack Power from super-effective attacks, Selfdestruct, and Explosion by two (2).
Dry Skin: (Innate) This Pokemon has spongy, yet sensitive skin, causing it to burn in bright sunlight for damage but absorb water and heal damaged tissues in rain. This effect results in dealing 2 damage/action to this Pokemon in sunlight and recovering 2 HP/action in rain. In addition, the dry skin is very vulnerable to flames and the Base Attack Power of incoming Fire attacks is increased by 2. The Pokemon absorbs the damage of water attacks and recovers 25% of HP the damage that would have been inflicted.
Poison Touch: (Dream World) (Can be Disabled) This Pokemon's body is covered with a film of poison. Whenever it hits an opponent with a contact attack, that opponent has a 30% chance of being Poisoned. When disabled, all of this Pokemon's attacks that inflict regular poison will inflict Toxic poison (with the same chance of effect).

Let's start things off by slowing him down a bit with Thunder Wave, then scooting under him with Dig! Finally, avoid whatever he's got planned on turn 3 with another Dig!

If he Earthquakes on turns 2 or 3, replace it with an Earthquake of your own!

Alrighty Vennon, we got this!

Summon a Magic Coat to bounce that Thunder Wave back, then hit Gilgamesh with a Fake Out to keep him from digging, and then retaliate against that Dig with a Counter!

Magic Coat -> Fake Out -> Counter

IF Tyranitar were to be fully paralyzed on Action 3, THEN use Low Sweep instead of Counter.

Alright folks, let's get this party started!

As Gilgamesh enters the battle, he is hated by all BW OU players summons a sandstorm! Flying rocks! Ow ow ow ow. Ow.

Gligamesh begins by shooting a Thunder Wave at Vennon, but the Toxicroak reflects it back with Magic Coat! Gilgamesh then starts to head underground, but a swift Fake Out from Toxicroak makes it useless. That looked like a critical hit to me! Tyranitar then finally succeeds in using Dig, smacking Vennon for some hefty damage...right before he unloads the pain on Gilgamesh with a Counter. Owie.

FIXING IT OH GOD

First things first, hit him with an Earthquake! After that, use a Dig + Dig combination to avoid his dig with -4 priority!

Welcome back.

Gilgamesh rocks the arena with an Earthquake, but once again Vennon beats the snot out of him with a Counter. Both Pokemon dive underground. Vennon's Dig hits nothing...then Gilgamesh's SUPERPOWERFULULTRAMEGASUPREMEMIGHTY DIG smashes him into next week. Vennon retaliates with another Dig, while Gilgamesh does nothing.

Hit him with a fierce Earthquake, then a Fire Fang, then another Earthquake!

If he uses Counter and he isn't Paralyzed, use Thunder Wave! If he uses Counter and he is paralyzed, use Ancientpower!

Both Pokemon pound away at each other, punching and biting (and causing earthquakes). However, only one Pokemon is left standing.
