Arena: Aperture Sciences Laboratory. It's basically an empty room with an orange portal on one side (on the floor) and a blue portal on the other side of the room (also on the floor). A cake is sitting on a table in the middle of the room.
No weather can be created, as it's inside and GLADOS won't truck with no hail inside. However, the floor can be dug through and the building won't collapse if you use Earthquake.
The cake may fall off the table though :/

Training

Now, Ullar send out your Pokemon before I use deadly neurotoxin to kill you all with deadly neurotoxin (add Portal references to your posts, and I'll up the flavor a bit)

I knew that.

He will be holding an amulet coin btw.

Start with a rock tomb to restrict his movement. Follow that up with a brick break, and finish with a drain punch!
Protect against any thunder waves an push back, but not consecutively.

Well then. Let the games...begin.

Screech -> Pin Missile -> Mimic Brick Break to crush the rocks

The match begins with both trainers awakening in a testing facility unknown to the outside world. Suddenly, a robot named GLaDOS descends from the cieling and commands the trainers to have a battle. Confused as they were, there's never a bad time for a battle! Ullar sends out his Voodoll who's name changes every battle, and Orcinus sends out his stereotypical Scrafty, Pants, who is currently on the ground.

The deranged robot gives the signal for them to battle, and Caroline shouts out a powerful screech, causing a small glitch in GLaDOS's computing and shutting off the sentry bots. Pants grabs some of the weighted storage cubes as a replacement for rocks and creates a tomb for Caroline.

Pants, now faster than Caroline, rushes in and uses Brick Break on the cubes and Caroline, now unrestricted, pulls some of its pins out and fires them at the Scrafty like missiles.

Now that Caroline is unrestricted, she mimics what Pants just did and fires a Brick Break back at Scrafty, who decides to heal with a Drain Punch.

Ullar, you're up

Just for clarification, Caroline was a Portal reference. :3

Now, let's play my...ACE OF FOURS! Best card in the deck.

Mach Punch -> Pain Split -> Mach Punch

I'd like to switch to Buffy in a switch=KO battle please. I'm serious. Give ullar the KOC for pants

BURN THE COMPANION CUBE IDC

EDIT: if I can't switch...
Eat the cake-detect-Taunt

GLaDOS: I'm sorry Orcinus, but you can only change creatures in your Aperture Science Creature Containment Orbs if you are the first organism to choose what you will do in the round.

Sorry, she gets a bit miffed from time to time... But you can only switch if you act first.

The round begins with Huggable jumping into the blue portal and flying at Pants and punching it at Mach 1. Pants decides to eat the cake, which healed it 12 Energy, but the cake is a lie so two sentry bots came and shot it 5 times each. I quickly deactivated them by launching two Weighted Storage Cubes at them using my Portal Gun. I also had to reactivate the Personality Core so GLaDOS didn't flood the testing center with deadly neurotoxin and then kill everyone with deadly neurotoxin. And this is why you don't eat the cake.

Pants decided to detect what the small doll did, and just in time because Huggable was about to split its pain with Pants.

Huggable once again launched itself into a Mach Punch via use of the portals. Pants decides to taunt Huggable for being a pin cushion.

Orcinus, you can switch now if you want, else choose actions

GLaDOS: Test Subject Orcinus recalls his Pokemon to its Aperture Science Creature Containment Orb. However, due to the Pokemon's consumption of the cake, which had Conversion Gel frosting, it contracted a mysterious ailment and fainted. The test subject then throws another Aperture Science Creature Containment Orb containing a large beetle.

Shut up, you stupid AI! I'm trying to ref here. Anyways, Orcinus calls back Pants, who fainted because this is a Switch = KO battle.

Buffy finished Huggable off in one shot. IN. ONE. SHOT, ULLAR. Had you taken more precautions, the poor little doll would probably have lived to see another round. Now you have to go with only Floros. Just remember, every time that Huggable faints, it's your fault.

Eesh. No need to make me feel guilty about it, jay. XD

Floros, let us turn this mother out.

Flash -> Growth -> Sludge Bomb

Earthquake-Earthquake-Use a few weighted storage cubes and protect yourself from the sludge bomb, while coating the storage cubes with deadly toxins.

this arena is perfect for RP'ing.

This would be a pretty good RP arena, heck, I might make a Labyrinth featuring many of the more robotic Pokemon, such as Beldum and Magnemite.

Anyways, Buffy shows no mercy and causes a powerful Earthquake, disrupting the portals on both side of the room, and causing GLaDOS to malfunction and call a sentry bot in to punish it. Due to Buffy disrupting the portals, I chose to make a freefall Portal loop in the center of the room (blue on the cieling, orange on the floor) Floros fires off a flash of light which blinded Buffy and allowed me to deactivate GLaDOS for a few minutes to make needed repairs.

Buffy, figuring that you can't miss with an earthquake, fires off another which throws the Bulbasaur into a Red Gel, launching it against the wall at supersonic speeds. Bulbasaur, now a bit dazed due to hitting a wall at Mach 4, simply gathers some radiant energy from the portals and uses Growth.

Buffy then starts building a wall of Weighted Storage Cubes to protect it from the Bulbasaur's Sludge Bomb. It blocked the toxins, but due to the cubes absorbing the toxins, they were launched back at Buffy due to the bomb part, still poisoning it.

3562 (Energy used to stack Storage Cubes, 4 EN)
4231 (Sludge Bomb Crit, no)
3908 (Damage from each cube, 4 DMG)
Earthquake: 10 + 1 + 4.5 = 15.5 DMG
Sentry Gun: 3 * 3 = 9 DMG
Sludge Bomb: (4.5 + 3 + 1.5) + 1.75 = 10.75 DMG
Cubes: 4 * 3 = 12 DMG

Sludge Bomb: The Pokemon shoots several concentrated balls of sludge at its opponent. The toxic sludge may poison the opponent.

There is no bomb and the cubes are weighted. how did that end up in me taking 12 damage...?

Earthquake-Stone edge with the cubes-earthquake

If someone steals the cubes, Use earthquake on a2 instead. Nothing could go wrong with an earthquake.

the cubes have the capacity to make a miniature detonation if outside substances contaminate them. yaybeingaportalnerd.

Flash -> Sludge Bomb -> Vine Whip to throw the WSC back at him

He's right, if a Storage Cube falls into the crap that kills you it explodes and you get a new one.

Anyways, I drop in a few more Weighted Storage Cubes with the Vital Apparatus Vent. Then Buffy fires off another Earthquake, which hits the Bulbasaur, but also breaks the Vital Apparatus Vent, so after these three WSCs are gone, no more. Floros fires off another flash, further blinding Buffy.

Buffy then grabs one of the WSCs and throws it at Floros to simulate Stone Edge, but due to its blindness, the attack falls a few feet short of Floros. Floros shoots another Sludge Bomb at Buffy, leaving it a bit stuck in the Sludge.

After Buffy fires off yet another Earthquake, Floros grabs the WSC and flings it back with Vine Whip.

Why am I at -2acc? The accuracy drop from flash should have decreased by the time I got to stone edge. Fix this.

I think the Acc thing was explained enough on IRC

The round begins with Buffy protecting itself from the Sleep Powder launched from Floros' bulb.

Buffy then fires off another Earthquake while Floros keeps shooting Sleep Powder, which misses again.

Buffy finishes Floros off with one more Earthquake.
