flare blitz is a great stab move off 85 base attack. sky uppercut no so much
protect for speed boosts or shadow claw to kill Slowking
life orb so you do more damage.
adamant because you are speed boosting.

slowking* in checks/counters and i still think tentacool doesn't beat anything, even something as bad as combusken

aside from that, bulky waters in general should do the trick
