Nature: Sassy (+1 SpD, -15% Speed, -10% Evasion)
Type:
Normal: Normal STAB; adapt comfortably to any surrounding after 3 actions. Able to use Outrage without losing focus.

Ability
Vital Spirit: (Innate) This Pokemon has a high vitality and alertness making it immune to sleep induced by other Pokemon. Its normal state of sleeplessness makes it take 1 less damage and energy/action from Ghost Curse. If it is put to sleep by a Pokemon with Mold Breaker it will wake up the next action. If a Pokemon with Vital Spirit also has Insomnia, its evasion is raised by one (1) stage permanently.

Klutz: (Can be Disabled) The Pokemon moves in a rare style of battling that uses an unpredictable, clumsy looking manner. The accuracy of its attacks are increased by 10% (flat). While engaging in this style it cannot use a hold item, though an item is necessary to pull it off.
Limber (DW Locked): (Innate) This Pokemon’s body is well trained and immune to paralysis.

Dusknoir (Cyvain) Male
Nature:
Brave
Type:
Ghost: STAB; brief intangibility that nullifies Normal and Fighting-type attacks. Can move through walls for a brief period of time but must remain in motion. Superior senses in low light and inside dark buildings. Have no vision reduction in hazes.

Abilities:
Levitate:
Type: Trait
This Pokemon naturally floats above the earth when released or easily takes flight, evading Ground moves like Bulldoze, Dig, Earthquake, and Magnitude. Other Ground moves can still hit. Levitate Pokemon will retain the Levitate trait when they use Skill Swap on an enemy, and will steal the opponent's ability (the user can specify if they want a foe or ally to gain Levitate from a Skill Swap.) If a Pokemon with Levitate uses Role Play, they will copy the opponent's abilities and retain Levitate.

Go Laggers!

Slaking [Laggers] (M)
Nature: Sassy (+1 SpD, -15% Speed, -10% Evasion)
Type:
Normal: Normal STAB; adapt comfortably to any surrounding after 3 actions. Able to use Outrage without losing focus.

Ability
Truant: (Trait) This Pokemon is naturally lazy, and becomes Sluggish after every normal action. This effect takes place after completing any normal (e.g. non-Sluggish) action. If this Pokemon uses a move that would inflict Sluggish, it instead becomes Exhausted for the next action. When Exhausted, its Confusion stage will not be checked and it will not hit itself in confusion during the second action. It recovers 3% energy when Exhausted. If this Pokemon uses a Combination, it becomes Sluggish or Exhausted on the action following the cooldown of the combination. Truant can be altered or shifted by Skill Swap, Role Play, Gastro Acid, or Mummy, but is not changed by Entrainment, Simple Beam, or Worry Seed.

Dragonboy, you are following the old rules for Truant. The new one, as updated in the Implementation thread, is found in my Slaking's description. Now, it counts as if he had used Hyper Beam/Giga Impact every other action, and is Sluggish.

Also, Shadow Claw does 12 Damage [7 (BAP) + 1 (Stat difference above 5)] * 1.5 (SE)=12. You forgot the STAB energy reduction on Confuse Ray, as well, and forgot to subtract 15 HP from my 125 for the sub.

"Good work, Laggers!"
Shadow Claw ~ Faint Attack ~ Shadow Claw
If he disables Shadow Claw, use Faint Attack.
If he disables Faint Attack, use Aerial Ace.

Directly C/Ped from the other battle:

After an IRC discussion with Seven Deadly Sins, it has been concluded that Doorknob's actions for this round are illegal, as Shadow Claw's base EC for Action 1 would be 9 and Laggers is Sluggish on Action 1. Please reorder, Doorknob, and I will ref this ASAP.

Sorry for that oversight! Here are me new orders. They are essentially the same, so I guess Alex won't have to reorder.

Round 2 Begin!

Laggers, still sluggish from the events of last round, uses the power of the shadows to pull off a Faint Attack, striking Cyvain for some moderate damage. Cyvain promptly throws a brick at Laggers's Substitute before floating up and breaking it. The resulting flying bits of brick collide vigorously with the Substitute, barely leaving it standing.

This doesn't deter Laggers, however, as he simply uses the power of the shadows again to rake his claws across Cyvain's face, scoring a critical hit in the process. Cyvain finally breaks Laggers's sub this action with another Brick Break, finally exposing Laggers to the elements again.

Laggers, now sluggish again, just repeats his first action, leaving Cyvain at almost exactly half of the health he began this round with. Cyvain, on the other hand, decides to confuse Laggers this action, but the confusion proves to be merely slight. Things are looking very good for Laggers at this point...

Round 3 Begin!

Laggers starts off looking quite confused, but he pulls himself out of this state to slash at Cyvain and deal some moderate damage. Cyvain takes advantage of his lower HP to use Pain Split, somewhat alleviating his current HP woes.

Laggers is still trying to get it together, and he finally succeeds, but not without another action of self-inflicted pain. Cyvain promptly busts a brick on Laggers's forehead, knocking the Slaking backwards in a fit of rage.

Laggers then decides to set up a Substitute to take his hits for him, although it takes a solid chunk out of his HP. Cyvain attempts to get in another hit this round, but his Brick Break just collides with the Substitute, leaving it barely intact.

This round has definitely brought the two Pokemon much closer in the standings. Can Doorknob recover from the luck hax this round, or will Ragnarokalex continue to make a comeback? Only time will tell...

Round 4 Begin!

Laggers keeps doing exactly what he's been doing: spamming Shadow Claw and Faint Attack and hoping for the best. As usual, it doesn't crit, but at least it does something. Cyvain chills to show exactly how impressed he is with that attack.

Another actions goes by without anything eventful as Laggers Faint Attacks Cyvain for some light damage while Cyvain wraps himself around Laggers's Substitute, squeezing the last HP out of it as violently as possible. Laggers doesn't seem impressed.

Unlike in the other battle, Laggers doesn't crit with Shadow Claw this action, which means Cyvain survives another round. Cyvain responds with another Confuse Ray, this one intensely confusing Laggers. That's about it.

Doorknob is looking ridiculously close to victory now. Can he finish RA off next round? The correct answer is: WHITE FONT FTW
