Swinub! Start off by slowly gathering up more and more cold air, and shooting that to bring ice crashing down on Buneary! (icy wind + avalanche combo), then Cooldown using avalanche if your combo doesnt hit! Finally, finish with a dig

Umm... this is embarrassing, but forgotten. However, 98/1.75 = 56, meaning that Contract outspeeds anyway, changing nothing. Sorry Iminalt :/
