It can still attack itself in confusion, but will not take any damage from it. Additionally, the energy protects the Pokemon from its own reckless recoil attacks. Toxic still increases in damage each round, although if Magic Guard is in effect the Pokemon will not suffer any damage.

Abilities:

couple things before i post actions,

1. Psyshock applies damage to Defense, not special defense, so my attacks should hit 3 points harder each
2. Since Teleport was used in between Psyshocks, the consecutive energy penalty was nullified. The penalty only applies if no moves are used in between.
3. More of a wierdly worded rule then a mistake on your part, but the +30% Evasion actually only applies if i use the dodge command, not against basac attacks in general. I just keep note of it there so i know how much of a boost i get when i use dodge.
