Arena=Verde Insect Park
Inside of a prominent Insect Research Center, one huge room rises up seven floors to the top of a massive dome. The trainers will fight five stories up in it, on a gigantic web system that effectively traps all Pokemon on it and prevents easy escape. As such, digging and flying will be extremely difficult for Pokemon not used to navigating webs or strong enough to break through it. The web is used as a research facility for all kinds of bugs, and has a climate control system to recreate any types of weather. The director has generously allowed both sides to use it for the battle, and all weather will work. However, there are no rocks or water pools and the web is completely fireproof.

Summary:
-Grounded Pokemon (bar bugs) will have -10% evasion and -5 base speed
-Only levitating/flying ground types and any bug may use fly, sky drop, or dig successfully
-Bounce will fail
-No natural rocks
-No natural water

-No natural rocks

I believe this means Rock Slide and Smack Down are illegal orders and Red needs to reorder

edit:

12:01 Alchemator disallow rock slide for sure
12:01 Alchemator allow smack down imo

12:45 Texas darkslay
12:45 Texas would you consider heracross
12:45 Texas able to use stone edge
12:45 Texas in an arena with no natural rocks
12:45 Texas based on this descriptipon
12:45 Texas The Pokemon thrusts the pointed edge of a stone or stony appendage at their opponent. The rigid edges provide a good possibility of inflicting a critical hit.
12:45 DarkSlay What's the arena?
12:46 Texas no natural rock source
12:46 Texas its a custom arena
12:46 DarkSlay Well, this has been brought up before and addressed by Deck in the past.
12:46 Gerard no, I don't think so
12:46 Gerard it's the same that using rock slide
12:47 Gerard you're unable to use rocks unless they're there
12:47 DarkSlay Especially since Stone Edge implies that either it's an apendage or a slab of rock, which can potentially be the ground itself, Stone Edge works regardless of the arena.
12:47 Gerard (or your pokemon be part rock type)
12:47 DarkSlay This is what Deck has said in the past, if I recall.
12:47 Texas well darkslay, they're battling 5 stories in the air on a webbing
12:47 DarkSlay Is it a Rock type?
12:47 Texas heracross
12:48 DarkSlay Oh, right.
12:48 DarkSlay Then if I were the referee.
12:48 DarkSlay Because this is such a specific arena.
12:48 DarkSlay It would most likely fail.

Based on Stone Edge's typing (Rock) and the impossibility of any way of creating a rock source (breaking the ground, ceiling etc due to battling on webbing) I am saying no to Stone Edge as a legal action unless a decision from alch/sds/deck overrules it based on the specific restrictions of this battle.

We start of this battle of the Bugs between Rediamond and Temperantia suspended 50 feet in the air inside a insect research centre. The two battlers are precariously perched upon a mass of webbing serving as a trainer platform as they prepare to release their pokemon. The battle starts and a Heracorss and a Vespiquen appear among the webbed battlefield primed for battle. Heracorss appears to be at a disadvantage with rocks to help him!

Immediately, heracross shows off his large strong horn (cough*penis*cough) making it shiny and alluring and what's this? Vespiquen seems unusually horny thanks to its attraction to Heracross and refuses to attack! Its too busy preparing itself for a hot night. Heracross then repays the lull in the action by Smacking Down Vespiquen, causing it to be unable to fly. Suitably pissed off Vespiquen no longer wants Heracross's horn and retaliates with a powerful Gust, critically striking Heracross. Oblivious to the pissed off women standing opposite him, Heracross follows up with another Smack Down, not noticing the increased pressure on his attack. With all the power of the 7 hells behind her, Vespiquen shows what happens when you really piss off a women and quite Acrobatically slams into Heracross dealing massive damage; leaving Heracross much worse for the wear.

As both contestants back off for a short breather Vespiquen is firmly in the driver's seat in this match; can heracross make a comeback?

(not going to bother to calc, temp wins in every scenario)

Sensing the end is near, Heracross resigns itself to the inevitable, using its bond with Rediamond to Return some damage taken to Vespiquen, before once more futilely smacking dat bitch to the ground. Not appreciative of being treated like a ho', Vespiquen summons all of its might to Acrobatically bounce around the webbing, before striking Heracross twice with crushing might, leaving it fainted as it slowly falls the five stories below.

Temperantia wins!
