Round 3: Chucked around like a rag doll


LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! THIS IS ASB ARENA! And El Sabueso is back to bring you MORE carnage!

As you'll recall from the last round, both the Avenger of Acronyms and the Toad of Terror have sent out their last pokemon - the former a Scraggy named Arthur and the latter a Riolu named Lucy! But don't expect this battle to turn into a cheesy chivalry tale or a rerun of I Love Lucy - THE BLOODBATH CONTINUES NOW!

The wannabe King of England starts the round off by surveying his enemies, Detecting any moves they might make on him so he can avoid 'em. A wise move, as Lucy leaps into the air to drop a Hi Jump Kick on him! El Sabueso thinks SOMEONE here's got some 'splainin' to do for that one! As the two new challengers trade blows, August and the Doll of Destruction go head to head, the Bug trying to Bite off one of those button eyes while Daddy drops a deadly Dark Pulse!

The Doll of Destruction's attack manages to throw the Bug of Death off, giving him a chance to throw Arthur a sudden Mach Punch from behind, which in turn gives the Queen of Comedy a chance to double-team him, power bombing him with a Force Palm! The would-be king clearly not willing to put up with this, Daddy is smacked with some hot fury - a karate chop strong enough to Break Bricks right on his forehead! Look at that Voodoll, bouncing like rubber! Meanwhile, August has gone back to slinging Toxic sludge again - this time at Lucy!

The wannabe king is clearly Detecting bad vibes from his opponents, and goes back into his defensive stance - again, a wise move, given that the Doll of Destruction, although barely able to stand, starts slinging Mach Punches so heavily that El Sabueso thinks he might have Stones in his Hands! Meanwhile, Lucy's clearly got some more 'splainin' to do as she fumbles yet another Hi Jump Kick! But what's this? The Bug of Death has just lived up to his name - with another one of those annoying Bug Bites, he's brought death and destruction, to the Doll of Destruction!

EL SABUESO IS BACK, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! And we are getting close to the end here!

The Toad of Terror's Queen of Comedy starts off by grabbing random stuff and making a crude Substitute out of it - enough to fool the Would-be King into throwing Sand at it to drop its accuracy...of course, the Attack does nothing. Looks like Lucy isn't the ONLY one here who's got some 'splainin' to do! In fact, the Bug of Death is also fooled by this shoddy piece of workmanship, slinging an Air Slash in the substitute's direction and severely damaging it!

Still convinced this statue is the Queen of Comedy, Arthur attempts to Fake it Out, only to have it fall apart in time to avoid the REAL Lucy's Hi Jump Kick! Unable to stop herself, the Queen of Comedy slams into the wall, while August slings a volley of Razor Leaves her way! That's GOTTA hurt!

After taking a moment to get her bearings, Lucy slams her Palm in the Wannabe King's face with enough Force to...wait, he's not paralyzed. Anyway, he retaliates with another Sand-Attack, this time actually working, as the Bug of Death drops another Air Slash on her!

This is looking really bad for the Toad of Terror! Will he be able to surmount the Avenger of Acronyms? We'll have to find out after these messages!
