Definitely take Garchomp & Starmie (so you're not completely screwed against water) aaaand I like Torterra
 
alright i beat game 1 with steelix/starmie/chomp and i need to trade now

weavile/aerodactyl/shuckle, my opponent has froslass/honchkrow/gyarados

Keep swapping out your first mon for the most advantageous against the next three, Starmie and Chomp will carry you
