I find it really weird that Tyranitar suffered a drop in usage ?_?. It dropped a good number of spots I mean look. I know it increased in usage but percentage wise...
From | 14 | Tyranitar | 8860 | 12.824% | 8039 | 14.566% |
To | 20 | Tyranitar | 8885 | 10.789% | 8230 | 12.450% |

That and I continue laughing at the competition between Ghost Arceus and Giratina-a.
October Stats
| 14 | Giratina | 10689 | 12.979% | 8428 | 12.749% |
| 15 | Arceus-Ghost | 10287 | 12.491% | 7989 | 12.085% |

vs.
September stats
| 15 | Arceus-Ghost | 8577 | 12.415% | 6504 | 11.785% |
| 16 | Giratina | 8529 | 12.345% | 6561 | 11.888% |

Loving how Giratina-O's trying to make a comeback by jumping up 6 spots too.

Also apparently our meta has become had MORE stall not less stall oriented after OHKO clause testing... (well at least according to the mean...). Speaking of which the only pokemon noticable enough to get an OHKO move onto its main moveset were Dugtrio and Gliscor. There's been a massive increase in the number of specially defensive Kyogre. The impact of the clause testing can be seen here.

To be fair I don't think the metric is too terribly accurate judging from the usage of stuff like chansey, arceus grass, and skarmory.
