Maleficient the Hydreigon (not to be confused with my Maleficent) begins by creating a 4-clone Double Team, which, whether by design or by chance, turns out to be utterly useless as Vulcan's Hammer Arm strikes the real Hydreigon. Annoyed, the Hydreigon chooses to Fly up high and slam into Vulcan from above. This sends her into overdrive and she retaliates with a Super Hammer Arm that knocks the Hydreigon back quite a distance. Suddenly, Maleficient is seen Surfing on a huge wave that washes over Vulcan, striking her in a weak spot while she cools down from the powerful attack from last round. The Emboar is literally on its last legs, but Maleficient didn't exactly come out of this round unscathed either.
