Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 28 SAtk / 232 SDef
Calm Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch

Typical Rotom-W Build. Burns things, stalls with plain split. Hits hard with hydro pump/ drizzle synergy. Not much to say here.

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Thunder
- Psychic
- Calm Mind
- Substitute

Sets up on blisseys and ferrothorns with substitute. Absolute beast in drizzle with 100% thunder with 60% paralysis. Gone through entire teams with this.

Dugtrio @ Focus Sash
Trait: Arena Trap
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock
- Sucker Punch

Gets rid of the two biggest weather problems for my team, Tyranitar and Ninetales. Often times can trap problematic electric types like Magnezones, Jirachis and Jolteon and earthquake their face. Good for wiping out pokes after they've been weakened. I usually sacrifice a weakened pokemon to get him in to finish problems like TTar. Tried replacing him a few times once with scizor once with gliscor but that didn't work out too well. Lost all those games.

Tentacruel @ Black Sludge
Trait: Rain Dish
EVs: 252 HP / 236 Def / 20 Spd
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Toxic Spikes
- Protect
- Rapid Spin

Used to have Terrakion in this spot but Tenta works so much better for this team. Walls fighting pokemon like Toxicroak, machamp and scizor who would other wise give this team fits.

Latios (M) @ Choice Specs
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 SAtk / 30 Spd
- Draco Meteor
- Surf
- Psychic
- Trick

If the opponent doesn't have a steel type This thing will usually kill something that switches in. Surf is almost like a third STAB attack with drizzle going. Absorbs otherwise problematic grass and fire moves and returns extremely powerful draco meteors in return. Usually use this to switch into a resist attack and deal massive damage in return. I've juggled Latios and Rotom before and wiped out entire teams.

Politoed @ Leftovers
Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Bold Nature
- Ice Beam
- Scald
- Perish Song
- Refresh

Backbone of any water team. Perish songs anything that wants to set up and ice beam is for Landorus and Gliscor. Scald because I love getting burns and refresh is surprisingly useful.

What improvements can I make? I'm always open to constructive criticism. This team is fun to use and every pokemon makes use of the rain except Dugtrio

Hi, nice Rain Team!

I suggest to modify a move in the set of Jirachi, ie Psyshock> Psychic, so at least you can beat Blissey, Chansey and Amoonguss, which you could not do with Psychic.
You forgot to Dugtrio 4 Evs, put them in HP. For Tentacruel moveset would change, that one with Toxic Spikes, the end is not very efficient, I mean. Unlikely to be able to poison the opponent team with Toxic Spikes, this is because the steel are immune to many teams, of which the vast majority are Rain, there is always a poison-type Pokemon that the rise Toxic Spikes, the battler are almost all very careful not to be vulnerable to Toxic Spikes also many teams have a Rapid Spinner. So I recommend Toxic> Toxic Spikes and Substitute> Protect, in this way, you always have a check for Terrakion and Scizor, plus you can rub Jellicent with Toxic + Substitute forcing him to flee or be sent KO For Latios exact same speech Jirachi, Psyshock> Psychic to hit effectively Blissey, Chansey and Amoonguss.
For Politoed, advice Toxic> Refresh and Protect> Ice Beam. This is because Landorus and Gliscor, you can hit them with Scald in the Rain that is more powerful, and kill them the same without Ice Beam, Toxic, to poison paired with Tentacruel many Pokemon can also be an extra weapon to kill Statupper annoying, Protect Protect facilitates the operation of Perish Song, and when you use it makes you free recover 6% HP every turn.
For the rest, I see two major weaknesses exist: Rock Polish Landorus and Venusaur, that if he can get with the Sun in the field makes you considerable damage especially if you have Sludge Bomb or Hidden Power Ice can also Latios bashing that is the only Pokemon that you have that you could put against Venusaur. To solve these two problems I propose two solutions.
Rock Polish Landorus enough to enter Memento> Sucker Punch on Dugtrio, so drop statistics and we can send against another Pokemon, while Venusaur suggest you remove Rotom-W, which seems to me the least useful member, you'll eventually help against Tornadus -T for which there is already Jirachi, Genesect is banned then nothing, Landorus, solve by putting in Memento Dugtrio. So instead I propose Tornadus-T paired with Dugtrio, guarantees the win against Sunny Day Standard.

Set
Psyshock > Psychic (for Jirachi)
Toxic > Toxic Spikes ( for Tentacruel)
Substitute > Protect ( for Tentacruel)
Psychock > Psychic (for Latios)
Toxic > Refresh ( for Politoed)
Protect > Ice Beam (for Politoed)
Memento > Sucker Punch (for Dugtrio)
Tornadus-T > Rotom-W

Tornadus-T (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hurricane
- Taunt
- Superpower
- U-turn

Hi, your descriptions are currently in violation of the RMT rules. If you expand them by a few sentences, pm me with them and I'll unlock this thread.

edit;

yee wanted to leave a rate, so -

[15:48] <@yee> torn-t @ specs > latios
[15:48] <@yee> ferro over rotom-w or jirachi
[15:48] <@yee> then experiment with individual sets for everything until satisfied
[15:48] <@yee> torn-t- use this because its the best attacker in the game and specs because you have dug
[15:49] <@yee> ferro- use because you need a bulky steel and this is the best on rain
