Arena: HELL! ~ Instant Judging!
All abilities
All items
First Circle of Hell ~ Limbo

Field Type: Neutral
Complexity: High
Format: All
Field Description: Essentially the ASB arena, however the sky is blood red–preventing weather from being used. Minos/the Referee presiding over the battle ready to pass judgment on the pokemon/loosing trainer
Restrictions:
  • No Weather
  • If a pokemon is in the arena for 3 cumulative rounds, the pokemon will be judged at the end of the third round it's in. Then the pokemon is categorised into one of the lower circles of hell. This is decided by a RNG roll between 1 and 8 (the eight remaining circles of hell). A pokemon can only be judged once and the judging remains permanent.
  • If the battle is shorter (i.e. an 1v1) or too many pokemon have fainted before reaching the third round to be judged the referee may reduce the time it takes to be judged or judge a pokemon instantly

The Circles of Hell:
  1. Lust - Contact moves heal 50% of damage dealt. When contacted by the opponent there is a 30% chance of infatuation regardless of the opponents gender, egg group or etc.
  2. Gluttony - 'Bite', 'Crunch' and any move with 'Fang' have base power increased by 2 to them before calculations. The user will be Sluggish the next action after use.
  3. Greed - The move 'Payday' is learnt by the pokemon for the battle (if Payday is already learnt the damage multiplied by 1.5). Payday will have -6 priority when used.
  4. Anger - The move Rage is learnt and both attacking stats are raised one rank. The accuracy of all attacking moves are lowered by 10%
  5. Heresy - The moves 'Taunt', 'Torment' and 'Nasty Plot' have their energy costs halved and are learned if not so already. The duration of these moves are doubled (Nasty Plot's boosts decay slower). Sound based moves will cause this pokemon to loose focus, making them confused for six actions.
  6. Violence - Close Combat, Beat Up (will always hit six times) and three random moves affected by Iron Fist (that it does not already know) are learnt. Moxie and Iron Fist become the pokemon's only abilities. The pokemon is slowed (-1 Speed) permanently.
  7. Fraud - All entry hazards (Spikes, Toxic Spikes & Stealth Rock), Mimic and Copy Cat are learnt by this pokemon. Due to its fraudulence the pokemon's highest attack rank is dropped by one rank.
  8. Treachery - The pokemon is covered in a veil of thick ice, reducing damage of incoming attacks by 3. However there is a 50% chance that the pokemon will be immobilised each action, this does not decay.

~ WELCOME TO HELL! ~
Send out your first victim pokemon to be judged! Ummm good luck...

I have cast judgement on these souls! HAHAHAHA WELCOME TO LIMBO!

RNG Rolls (Judgement)
Gallade: 4/8 ~ Anger
Kitsunoh: 2/8 ~ Gluttony
Castform: 5/8 ~ Heresy
Girafarig: 8/8 ~ Treachery

The battle beings with a rage-full punch from Quass the Gallade dealing a massive amount of damage to Castform meanwhile Amelia the Kitsunoh buried the opposition in stone, causing Drip to flinch! Girafarig is frozen over by her treachery.

Quass builds energy in his fist prepping for an stronger attack then last, Amelia leaps to Quass' aid protecting him with a barrier. However this barrier leaves the spirit vulnerable to be scorched with a Flamethrower from the recovered Drip–the attack leaves Amelia with a burn! Girargarig is again frozen over by her treachery. Quass charges forward with all his stored energy balled up into his fist, however his anger misguides him and he completely misses the target of the punch, Drip.

The pokemon on Wanderer's side repeat their actions from the first round, however Amelia's damage output has significantly dropped due to her burn and thankfully (for Wanderer anyways) Quass' attack hit Castform this time. Drip looses another torrent of fire at Amelia dealing super-effective damage. Yarnus' Girafarig is finally able to attack this round, firing a condensed ball of dark energy (of which there is plentiful) at Gallade dealing good damage considering Quass' bulk!

Yarnus is at a significant disadvantage however Kitsunoh's damage output is significantly nerfed due to the burn. Can Yarnus turn it around?

Amelia & Quass resume their assault from last round, crushing Girafarig and Drip under rocks as Quass punches the snot out of Castform. Both pokemon are unable to act again!

Unlike last round Amelia & Quass deviate from the 'destroy everything' plan and setup. Quass infusing Amelia with his excess anger (which is copious) repairing damage done from Drip's attacks last round. Amelia decides to curse out Girafarig, which seems to have fallen for the bait unleashing a mega shadow ball at Quass denting the berserk swordsman! Drip follows suit and bathes the voracious sprit in a spout of hellfire!

Amelia buries everything in rocks once more and Quass beats Castform's head in, leaving the weather pokemon as a bloodied stump. Girafarig is unable to do anything because for the energy requirement of the combo used last action!

WOKKA WOKKA WOKKA WOKKA WOKKA WOKKA WOKKA-

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-Ooh, a cherry! Yoink! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!

Kitsunoh: Rock Slide -> Iron Head (Kecleon)* -> Rock Slide
*If Kecleon is KOed, use Faint Attack (Girafarig)
Gallade: Rock Slide -> Night Slash (Girafarig) -> Rock Slide

Kecleon:
Shadow sneak + Shadow sneak Kitsunoh, cooldown, Shadow Sneak+ Shadow sneak Gallade
...!
Shadow Ball+ Shadow Ball Gallade, Shadow Ball+ Shadow Ball Gallade, Shadow Ball+ Shadow Ball Gallade

...Annnnnd everything is dying! First Kitty goes down to a priority combo–no way wanderer could've gotten out of that one. Rocks just tumble down, really fucking everything up (Quas being the obvious exception) and Girafarig continues to die slowly on the inside as she is frozen once again!

Quas shanks Girafarig dealing massive damage with his dark essence blade. Meanwhile both of Yarnus' pokemon are stuck in a stand still. Kecleon's cooling down and Girafarig is still fucking frozen. That's what you get for being treacherous in your life time.

Then the first action repeats itself. Kecleon does the priority combo that deals little damage. Quas continues to kill shit, crushing Kecleon under all the brimstone he can find. Girafarig is still frozen...the RNG is the true devil here!
