...And so, one Tournament ends, & another Tournament begins. This time around, however? Instead of players participating in teams, players are given a random assortment of Pokémon to form a team out of. In this match-up, we have, not exactly a highlight, but nevertheless, a critical match-up that may be critical to what happens in the Tournament. Before we continue, we should bring up the rules, shall we?

Description: Surrounded by thousands of screaming Pokémon fans, the ASB Arena can be best described as a standard Pokemon battling arena. In the centre of the arena lies a dirt-based floor outlined to show two separate sides (with a white Poké Ball centre). Surrounding the dirt is a moat filled with water. The moat is about 4.5m wide & creates a perimeter around the dirt arena. The arena itself is 24m wide, 33m long. All moves, weathers, and abilities are legal for the match, since it is an outdoor arena with a large water source & packed dirt. Pokémon must stay in the arena (or the dimensions of the arena in the case of Flying Pokémon, who cannot leave the arena & cannot fly higher than 18m). This prevents Pokémon from injuring the crowd watching the tournament. There are no outside interruptions by fans, Pokémon, or other elements not associated with the current battle.

Now, we must introduce the combatants, shall we? First up, he is a member of the Gym Committee. He is currently fighting for his coveted Ice Gym Leaderships. However, he is forced to make due with no Ice-Types for this round & the next at least. He is here. Our resident Mamoswine lover, It is Glacier Knight!

On the other hand, we have a newer ASB trainer who is yet to have any credentials next to his name. He has, however, developed a notorious reputation for his apparent lack of patience. Well, that is pretty much it, but first, we must flip the coin! If the outcome is heads, Glacier Knight will send out first! If it is Tails, then Geodude6 will send out first!

And it is heads! So Glacier Knight will send out first! And with that, battle begin!

Glacier Knight entered the silent room leisurely, taking careful note of his surroundings. As the automatic doors slid shut behind him though, a large whirring sound filled the chamber, and without warning a flash! Glacier was blinded, but not for long. When the light died down, Glacier was suddenly back in the ASB Arena, that fated Colosseum where his fate was decided twice before him.

"Is it the real deal? or a stimulation... either way, it's time to battle."

Across from Glacier stood his opponent. Taking in a deep breath, the shaky trainer didn't seem very confident. He was new, and not very experienced. Glacier had to crack a smile. It was almost Ironic; In his first tournament Glacier himself was fresh and wide eyed, and was promptly smited by a superior veteran.

Funny how things turn out.

"Sorry Geodude, but I am on a mission. I will be throwing everything i've got at you; can you even dare to keep up?"

Glacier pulled out a single pokeball, an orange and crimson rental ball. He squeezed it twice for good luck, then hurled it into the open.

GLACIER KNIGHT VS. GEODUDE6

Round One - Zap!

And so, the contestants are ready. Ready for the moment of truth. Who will advance to the next round, & who will bomb out? For starters, Glacier Knight, the resident Ice-Type lover, goes to toss out his Poké Ball. Aristotle the Electrode comes out. He gives Aristotle the Custsap Berry, & is ready to roll. Geodude6, his opponent, then tosses his first Poké Ball. A Throh comes out, & Geodude6 gives his Throh a Custap Berry. After all this, it was time for both of these combatants' tournament campaign to kick off. In style. Hopefully.

Aristotle begins the round by calling on the power of magnetism, using electricity to thrust itself into the air, & stay suspended in the air. Aristotle can still move though, but felt ready for whatever the Throh was going to Throh—pardon the pun—at it. The Throh was simply not worried by Aristotle's levitating stunt, & simply pumps himself up, getting himself ready. Ready to belt the Electrode with all he has got. Aristotle laughs like a robot, & starts to make a calculated offensive on the Throh. Aristotle charges up on electricity, before firing off a powerful, but slow & unstable, ball of electricity. The ball connects... with the Throh. The Throh falls back, groans, then realises that he is not as fast as he was. Ouch. His trainer was ready to get his Throh to do something else, but the Throh was too slow to respond. The Throh jumps & creates a powerful tremor. It proves to be fruitless, as Aristotle simply laughs, blissfully unharmed by the tremor on the Terra firma below it. Aristotle then laughs & fires another ball of electricity, but unlike the previous ball, this one was blindingly fast & incredibly stable, connecting with the Throh at an astonishing speed & dealing massive damage. The Throh groans once more after falling over, & gets up, but at this point, his joints lock into place. The Throh's stumbles, & falls face-first into the ground, unable to act. Tough luck for Geodude6, who looks like he is visibly becoming frustrated at how this round has gone for him.

With the round done, & while Geodude6 made no inroads into his opponent, Glacier Knight did make inroads, massive inroads. Paralysis, a temporary immunity to Throh's strongest move against it; something not even the Throh's ability can bypass, & more importantly, momentum. Can Geodude6 do something to steal back some lost momentum, or will Glacier Knight continue to stroll on his merry way, making the Throh look like an easy target to take out? This will be something we will find out... After this commercial break.

R1: Glacier Knight vs. Geodude6 (3v3 Singles) - Round 2

GLACIER KNIGHT VS. GEODUDE6

Round Two - Throh-down

Aristotle begins pretty much the same way as it did last round, laughing mechanically & having a big grin on its face. With it & the Throh ready to face off once more, it was time to fight. Once more. Aristotle begins by firing a crackling bolt of lightning, striking like thunder, the Throh groans once more, as he tries to weather the thunderstorm. Eventually, the electricity dissipates, & the Throh, in spite of electricity continuing to crackle through his system, grabs the floating Electrode. The Throh then gains strength, & then throws Aristotle straight into the ground. Hard. With some mighty damage to boot as well. Battered, but still healthy, Aristotle then went straight back onto the offensive, firing another blindingly-quick, ball of electricity. It connects with the Throh, & he continues to groan through the pain, but he was not fazed. The Throh then runs at Aristotle, & then slams into the Electrode with such brute force. It hurt, but luckily for Glacier Knight, Aristotle had eaten some of its Chilan Berry, softening the impact. Nevertheless, the Throh had become exhausted as a result of the impact. In spite of this, Aristotle could only respond with a flurry of star-shaped rays emanating from its body & connecting with the Throh. The Throh was did not feel very much hurt by these, & despite his exhaustion, he still managed to lift Aristotle once more, before throwing it straight at Glacier Knight, dealing damage to them both, as the Electrode was suddenly returned to its Poké Ball! Before Glacier Knight knew it, a Poké Ball was then tossed out. Coming out of it stood a Hitmonlee. To be precise, it was Stanislavsky the Hitmonlee; Glacier Knight's second Pokémon.

Well, with the round done, Geodude6 did a good job to claw back some ground, I must say, but still has a gap to contend with, not to mention, a new foe to deal with. How will Geodude6 react against the Hitmonlee? That, will be seen in due time, after this commercial break, sponsored by the Battle Pike: Will you be lucky today?

GLACIER KNIGHT VS. GEODUDE6

Round Three - Out-Kicked!

As the Hitmonlee comes out, the Throh decides that it is a good opportunity to catch some shut-eye while Stanislavsky is there tightening his focus. While he does fall asleep & become healthy, a rude awakening then quickly followed, as Stanislavsky then walloped the Throh with a massive punch, hard enough to wake him up, & force him to consume his Custap Berry. The Throh then uses his new-found speed to... Try to talk up an attack, but cannot do so, because he was awake. Nevertheless, that was the least of his worries as Stanislavsky jumped into the air, before crashing his foot into the Throh, dealing some hefty damage! Worse yet, Stanislavsky tightens his focus once more, as the Throh once more tries to talk up an attack, but cannot do so, because he was awake. Nevertheless, Stanislavsky took full advantage, taking out the Throh with one final brutal punch! 3-2 Glacier Knight!

Round end, & with Geodude6's only non-Fighting weak Pokémon down for the count, & dealing no damage this round, Geodude6 is in big trouble against the might of Glacier Knight & his Hitmonlee! Can Geodude6 get himself out of this hole he has dug himself into, or will he continue to dig his own grave for his chances of victory? Find out next round, as Glacier Knight looks poised to take a comfortable victory!

Hmph!

Hi Jump Kick~Brick Break~Hi Jump Kick
-if protective/evasive, use focus energy that action, the first time, and meditate the second
-if double team clones are up, use rock slide until they are gone

First sub takes priority

Also I'm skiing in New Mexico. Signal is bad so don't DQ me

R1: Glacier Knight vs. Geodude6 (3v3 Singles) - Round 4

GLACIER KNIGHT VS. GEODUDE6

Round Four - Shark Bait

With Throh disposed of, Geodude6 has no option but to send in his next Pokémon! So he tosses a Poké Ball, & out comes a Sharpedo. He gives his Sharpedo a Water Gem, & the two are ready to do battle!

Sharpedo (F) @ Water Gem (5)
Abilities: Speed Boost
HP/EN: 100 / 100
Stats: 5 / 2 / 4 / 1 / 95
SC/WC/BRT: 3 / 4 / 18
Boosts: N/A
Status: N/A

Glacier Knight's Stanislavsky begins by getting the jump on his new foe, jumping high into the air, before crashing his foot into the Sharpedo's head, dealing some incredible damage, & knocking back the Sharpedo a few metres into the moat, but not to worry, as the Sharpedo then fires a powerful jet of torrential water, dousing Stanislavsky in a weak point, dealing critical damage & knocking the plucky Hitmonlee back a few metres! Though Stanislavsky did not give up, as he simply ran towards the Sharpedo, before striking her with one powerful swing of his arm, chopping the Sharpedo for more damage! Though the Sharpedo snapped back, enveloping himself in water before charging into Stanislavsky at speed—Although the water dissipated mid-ram—colliding with the Hitmonlee & dealing huge damage, but becoming incredibly slow & exhausted in the process! To cap off the round, Stanislavsky jumped into the air once more, before crashing his foot into the powerless Sharpedo for intense damage, the Sharpedo, cooling down, but remaining slow & exhausted, even after he randomly became a bit faster in the process.

Round end, & while the Sharpedo did impressive damage, Stanislavsky has decimated the Sharpedo in return, leaving her slow & badly bruised. Can Geodude6 get out of this tight spot he is in? Find out as the Sharpedo looks like biting the dust very soon...

R1: Glacier Knight vs. Geodude6 (3v3 Singles) - Round 6

GLACIER KNIGHT VS. GEODUDE6

Round Six - Enter the Virtual Duck

And with Throh Throh'n out of the stadium, & Sharpedo shipwrecked, Geodude6 has no option. No option other than send out his final Pokémon: An item-less Porygon2. Ready to defend Geodude6's pride, the Porygon2 heads forth into battle, as Glacier sends Stanislavsky back to his Poké Ball, sending out Aristotle the Electrode in his place.

The Electrode, ready for more action, begins by making indescribable insults that offends the Porygon2, enraging it to the point of attacking. Though, the Porygon2 had other ideas, firing a cold beam of ice at Aristotle, dealing some damage. Aristotle then charges up, before firing off a slow, unstable ball of electricity. Unstable it was, but... Not unstable enough. the slow cannon of electricity managed to hit its mark, dealing damage & short-circuiting the Porygon2, with an electricity overload in its circuits. Though, not potent enough, as the Porygon2 simply responded with another cold beam of ice, which not only strikes, but the circuits inside Aristotle freeze up, before chunks of ice engulfed the Electrode, freezing it in place. It does not look like the icy prison will thaw soon though, but that is life. While Aristotle was encased in its icy prison, the Porygon2 then fires a final beam of ice that hits its mark, dealing more damage.

Round end, & all I can say is tough luck for Glacier. His chances of a dominant 3-0 win virtually frozen in ice, like the wounded Electrode who looks powerless to avoid its fate. Will Geodude6 finally get a KO on the board this match? Find out soon, after these series of annoying commercials that always seem to come at a critical point.
