Altering Powers Votes

Well, given what happened with the whole counter-farming saga, some concerns have been raised in terms on what the council can or cannot vote on. The ability to vote on adding/removing powers has been very controversial to say the least, & an amendment was proposed to make sure the council would not be as power-hungry & such votes would have to be approved externally before implementation. Here is the quoted post.
As I understand some users (pwnemon) are dissatisfied with certain things the council is able to vote upon, I am introducing the following motion, a motion that is really just a logical extension of power:

In cases where a motion has been passed for a decision that directly alters or amends powers given to the ASB Council, that is to say anything not initially agreed upon as to their role and power, a decision towards the motion regarding the powers granted to the ASB Council must be dictated by Deck Knight, the only authority greater than the ASB Council and thus outside the conflict of interest.

Simple enough, and a logical step for reasonability and rational limitation of the Council.
Needless to say, this was overwhelmingly supported in feedback, & got enough demand to go straight to a vote. If implemented, the following paragraph will be added somewhere in the constitution:
[BOX]In cases where a motion has been passed for a decision that directly alters or amends powers given to the ASB Council, that is to say anything not initially agreed upon as to their role and power, a decision towards the motion regarding the powers granted to the ASB Council must be dictated by Deck Knight, the only authority greater than the ASB Council and thus outside the conflict of interest.[/BOX]
This will be a single vote with two options. Just option the preferred option, & yeah. Your options are:
[BOX]Add the proposed amendment to the constitution
Do not add the proposed amendment to the constitution[/BOX]
First to four votes is considered majority. Other than that, time to vote.

Add the proposed amendment to the constitution

This should be obvious, especially after what happened with the whole counter farming saga... -.-'
