Abilities:
  • Shield Dust: (Innate)
This Pokemon has dust covering the outside of its body that prevents opponents secondary effects from taking place (eg burn from Flamethrower). It does not block direct status moves (such as Thunder Wave.)
  • Keen Eye: (Innate)
This Pokemon has extremely good vision and cannot have its accuracy lowered by an opponent through any means (including accuracy lowering attacks, Smogs, Hazes, Fog, etc.). Its attacks are still affected by an opponent’s evasion and the Pokemon's own accuracy.
  • Illusion: (Innate)
Whenever you send this Pokemon out, it can feign the appearance of another member on your squad. If this Pokemon is damaged by a direct attack, the Illusion will cease at the end of the round. Direct damage is any attack that does damage to the Pokemon's HP. Attacks that are evaded, blocked via Protect, or damage a Substitute are not considered direct damage. It will retain the typing and moveset of the Pokemon with Illusion. How was that legal, I'm pretty sure that would fall under Illegal Subs if anything, also how are you supposed to use Bug Buzz on yourself?, you're the one buzzing and it goes in every direction opposing your own? there should be no logical way you could use bug buzz against yourself

Also, is position if position is off then Tepig's Flame Burst would also do splash damage to Queen, jsyk

I hate when that happens...

back when I was reffing that round I had the same doubt. I asked on IRC and one guy answered (the only that did) and said "wynaut"? So I went with that.

But then due to Gerard's post I asked again and both Objection and Dogfish said that it couldn't be done in an open place like the Arena.

If it can't be done, then Gerard is right and it is an illegal sub. The round has been changed accordingly.

Both players (starting from someoneelse) has 48h to change their actions. If that time passes, I will take them as is and ref.
