Static
Rain Dance
Thunderbolt
HP Ice
Explosion
This would be my rain dance lead. On the first turn, I Rain Dance and on the second turn I explode, usually killing at least one pokemon while getting in 8 turns of rain, while getting a free switch to my next pokemon. Electrode outspeeds all nonscarfed pokemon in both UU and OU, besides ninjask, who I simply KO with thunderbolt, and Deoxys-S, who I have not seen in a month or two.
Kabutops@Focus Sash
Adamant
24 Hp 252 Atk 232 Spd
Swift Swim
Swords Dance
Stone Edge
Waterfall
Aqua Jet
Once the rain is up, Kabutops is DEVASTATING. After a swords dance, Kabutops can sweep most OU teams, let alone UU. With swift swim, Kabutops outspeeds even Adamant scarfed garchomp and modest gengar and can sometimes OHKO the former with waterfall and always the latter. Aqua Jet is to take out fast sweepers if the rain lets up and Stone Edge takes care of fellow waters as well as Gyarados and Salamence, OHKO'ing both even after Intimidate.
Omastar@Life Orb
Modest
6 Hp 252 Sp. Atk 252 Spd
Swift Swim
Rain Dance
Surf
Ice Beam
HP Electric
My second swift swimmer. Although Omastar is rendered a lot less potent due to the lack of a boosting move, he can still pose a great threat to any unprepared team. Double STABed surf can put a big hurt in any pokemon, doing around 40% to even the big fat whore named Blissey. He also serves as my secondary Rain Dancer. HP electric takes on waters, especially Gyarados and Ice Beam helps to take down the Grass types that wall Kabutops, namely Celebi and Tangrowth.
Swellow@Flame Orb

Guts
Brave Bird
Facade
Pursuit
Quick Attack
Swellow is actually an excellent pokemon. After guts activation via Flame Orb, STAB'ed 140 BP Facade off of 405 Atk puts a huge dent in any pokemon. Brave Bird takes on all the CAP pokemon, 2HKO'ing Revenankh and Pyroak, while OHKO'ing Syclant. Brave Bird also OHKO's gengar which from experience tend to stay in against Swellow. Quick Attack helps to take on Reveralers and Sashers, while pursuit delivers the kill against pokemon with low HP left whether they switch out or not.
Lanturn@Leftovers
Calm
40 Hp 36 Spd 192 Sp. Atk 240 Sp. Def
Volt Absorb
Thunderwave
Thunderbolt
Surf
Ice Beam
If you haven't noticed, my team has a huge electrical weakness, and Lanturn covers that perfectly. Unknown to most OU players, Lanturn has the ability Volt Absorb which heals itself when hit by an electric attack. Lanturn serves as my insurance policy against electric pokemon in the event that the rain is gone and Kabutops and Omastar can't outspeed and kill them. Thunderwave can slow weaker sweepers down, ala Weavile and helps alot with dragon dancers. Surf is for STAB and Ice Beam is almost a filler but can sometimes help against a paralyzed dragon.
Poliwrath@Leftovers
Adamant
252 Hp 252 Atk 6 Spd
Water Absorb
Substitute
Focus Punch
Waterfall
Hypnosis
Poliwrath is my answer to the Omnipresent Tyranitar and Hippowdon who ruin my team's strategy with their sand that blights the landscape. Poliwrath can come in on a wide variety of physical threats and disable them with hypnosis or unleash his powerful focus punches.
Threat List
Tyranitar- My biggest nemesis. Poliwrath can usually take care of him, but if all else fails, Kabutops can sacrifice his sash and take him down
Gyarados- Most of my pokemon have moves that can deal with him, and since he is usually a lead, he is usually killed by explosion.
Azelf-Picked of by Kabutops and Omastar in the rain, and Swellow can deal with him
Electivire- OHKO'ed by facade by Swellow, waterfall by Kabutops, and surf by Omastar
Jolteon- Completely walled by Lanturn
Heracross- Brave bird by Swellow is overkill, and on scarfed versions, Kabutops and Omastar do the job well.
Salamence- Ice beam from Omastar, Stone Edge from Kabutops, and Facade from Swellow all hit it very hard.
Garchomp- Argh, Garchomp is usually killed by Kabutops if scarved, and Facade does ~70%. Sometimes I will have to sacrifice a pokemon and kill it with an aqua jet or quick attack.
Final Comments
This team really takes advantage of the current trend of the metagame toward faster defensively inept sweepers. My main attackers are Kabutops, Swellow, and Omastar, which outspeed and outpower most, if not all pokemon in the rain. My philosophy is to hit hard and fast, killing the other pokemon before they have the chance to touch me.
Please post only educated replies to this RMT. I have worked very hard on the team as well as this RMT. If you don't have anything constructive to say, don't say it.
