I've been having considerable success with this team but I think it needs a bit of an overhaul. In some matches I have just been steamrolled to death by certain problem pokemon... I'm looking at you Metagross and Magnezone.
But anyway, please rate this team and pick up on anything I might have missed while making it. All constructive suggestions are gladly accepted.

abomasnow.png

Abomasnow
@ Leftovers
Snow Warning
Sassy (+SpD, -Spe)
252 HP, 40 SpA, 216 SpD

- Blizzard
- Leech Seed
- Substitute
- Focus Punch

Abomasnow has the executive niche of setting up my permanent hailstorm. He is quite bulky and makes a good special wall. Despite his weakness-ridden typing he comfortably walls the movesets of most water types. Substitute works great, since he can take a hit before subing up and then hit the foe with a powerful Focus Punch.

tentacruel.png

Tentacruel
@ Leftovers
Liquid Ooze
Calm (+SpD, -Atk)
252 HP, 220 SpD, 36 Spe

- Surf
- Blizzard
- Toxic Spikes
- Rapid Spin

Tentacruel is an essential part of my team as it sets up my toxistalling strategy, while at the same time spinning away the rocks that 3 of my team are weak to. It also grants me an excellent fighting resist and stops Infernape dead in its tracks.
The EVs maximise my special defending capabilities, while at the same time giving enough to outrun Adamant Breloom and Jolly Tyranitar.

gliscor.png

Gliscor
@ Leftovers
Hyper Cutter
Impish (+Def, -SpA)
252 HP, 180 Def, 76 Spe

- Earthquake
- Aerial Ace
- Stealth Rock
- Roost

Gliscor sets up Stealth Rock and counters most Lucario and Heracross. It also provides a useful Ground immunity in my team and adds some physical bulk. When paired up with Tentacruel, the two cover each other's weaknesses almost perfectly. Tentacruel can take the Ice and Water attacks aimed at Gliscor with impunity, while Gliscor laughs at Ground and Electric attacks thrown at Tentacruel.
The EVs let him outrun Timid Magnezone and Jolly Tyranitar.

mamoswine.png

Mamoswine
@ Life Orb
Snow Cloak
Naive (+Spe, -SpD)
252 Atk, 20 SpA, 236 Spe

- Earthquake
- Blizzard
- Ice Shard
- Stone Edge

The main physical attacker in my team. Mamoswine does a ton of damage with a powerful STAB Earthquake and Ice Shard to pick off dragons and frail flyers. If Skarmory comes a calling then it's 2HKOed by Blizzard. Stone Edge lets me take out Flying and Levitating pokemon trying to avoid my toxic spikes.
Naive with 236 Spe puts him one point faster than an Adamant / Modest Lucario, so he can come in while Luke dances up and then OHKO with Earthquake. He lives a +2 Atk Life Orb Extremespeed after switching in on Stealth Rock, so that goes to show that he is also quite physically bulky.

walrein.png

Walrein
@ Leftovers
Ice Body
Bold (+Def, -Atk)
220 HP, 252 Def, 36 SpD

- Substitute
- Protect
- Roar
- Surf

We come to the real star of the show. Most of my team is designed with the sole purpoes of setting this guy up. Once this guy gets in he will drive any opponent up the wall with 32 turns of Stallrein. Many times this has been my last pokemon and through sheer stalling might has brought me up to win when I was 4-1 down. Substitute and Protect are self explanatory. Roar lets me psedo-haze and spreads poison throughout my opponents team. Surf gives me a strong STAB attack with plenty of PP.
220 HP Evs puts Walrein at 416 HP, which is divisible by 16. This means that in the hail he will recover exactly enough for me to stall indefinitely.

hariyama.png

Hariyama
@ Leftovers
Thick Fat
Impish (+Def, -SpA)
76 HP, 180 Atk, 252 Def

- Knock Off
- Revenge
- Whirlwind
- Payback

Hariyama perfectly fits a defensive void in my team, resisting both Fire and Rock that so much of my team is weak to. It makes a great Tyranitar and Heatran counter, while at the same time making it a lot easier to take down Blissey. Knock Off is a great supporting move, allowing me to get rid of the annoying Leftovers on walls that negates my Hail damage. Hariyama's low speed and bulk make it a very good user of Revenge, which powers up to the same damage as Close Combat if Hariyama takes a hit. Whirlwind helps me spread poison around the opponent's team if I have Toxic Spikes in play, and also helps to get rid of stat boosters. Payback gives good coverage alongside Revenge, and OHKOs the predicted Gengar switch in.
The EVs let me survive 3 Choice Band Tyranitar Earthquakes, while OHKing back with an unboosted Revenge. It also lets me get the 2HKO on standard Blissey.

So there we have it. My team, while I think is pretty solid, is by no means perfect. So please everybody rate away!
Thanks,
<

I would say if anything, swap Abomasnow's wood hammer for energy ball, just mainly for the sole purpose of it's Atk not having any EV's,plus EB doesn't give out recoil.

@sonicmark - Thanks for the suggestion, but since Abomasnow's attack stats have the same base, and neither is boosted by the nature, Wood Hammer still does way more damage than Energy Ball even with the 40 SpA EVs. Also, I want Abomasnow to be able to hit both physically and specially, and Energy Ball would restrict me to one side of the spectrum.

So many views but no more rates? Does no one have anything critical to say about my team? I really need the help so please rate, people!

Don't have much to say. It's a pretty solid team.

If you can find a way to fit it in, Knock Off can compliment Walrein's stalling ability quite nicely especially for pokemon that are immune to Toxic Spikes. Gliscor can learn it, but Stealth Rock is more important so :\

I'm bumping this because I have received next to no feedback. Can't anyone give my team a rate? It's not perfect, I need the help please. <

Wow buddy this team of yours looks just like the one my step sister has, expect she had Heatran over Frosslass. Consider Knock Off on Gliscor so you can get rid of Leftovers on some Pokemon who are immunied to Toxic Spikes such as Cresselia and Zapdos. You can always try Heatran over Frosslass my sister ran Choice Specs so many people expected it to be Scarf, and trust me Specs + Flash Fire Overheat hurts a lot it usually OHKOs the Pokemon switching in I found it the hard way when she took down my Blissey.

Thanks Chrisomar, finally some helpful advice! I actually used to have a support Heatran with Stealth Rock and WilloWisp over Gliscor, but the lack of a ground resist really hurt my team. I'll test out SpecsTran over Froslass, thats a really good idea thanks!

I have wood hammer because otherwise Swampert rapes this team, roaring away all my guys. But then again, Blissey rapes this team atm, especially fricking Aromatherapy bliss, so I'll keep that in mind. Thanks mien.

I don't see how swampert can reap this team in general those things are ev'd in Defence/HP lack reliable recovery and hail preventing it from healing health back at all
If you just keep hitting it with STAB blizzard Swampert rarely last long believe me

Focus punch however will be extremely usefull against Tyranitar who will become a real pain to your team and so does Blissey like you said.

As a side note Frosslass seems good but sadly hailteams simply don't have room for him at this point Life orb DDtar with Stone edge/EQ/Ice Beam reaps your team so well it just isn't funny it can set up on anything in your team except mamoswine and after one DD or so it kills anything

The only solution for this weakness is to drop frosslass for a rock resist that isn't killed by an Ice beam. Best replacement would be hariyama i think completely counters T-tar which is VERY usefull, has knock off so you can destroy walls with knocking of Leftovers and hurt with hail and it has an fire resist as well making sure you won't get reaped after tenta goes down by a predicted Earth powder

I hope you can read my text my english isn't that good >_>

EDIT: Max out Tenta's Special Defence and HP that ev spread isn't made for hailteams.

Thanks a ton mien. Your english is fine, and your suggestions are even better. Froslass did seem a bit underpowered for this team, since I need something more bulky. Hariyama sounds perfect, and it will also give me a nice Fire resist and so can counter Heatran as well.
I'll start testing right away.

Wow, funnily, I ran a team that was identical to yours except Blissey/Moltres over Gliscor/Froslass and CB Mammoswine over LO and a few EV tweaks. Moltres is actually an essential part of my team, and I know the whole 4x to rock thing doesn't help on a Hail team at all, it was my only answer to Mixape and Metagross, as no one actually expects a bulky Moltres on a Hail team. Most Gyarados actually stay in thinking they can get a free DD, only to eat a WoW.

And I don't think you'd enjoy losing Gliscor =/ Speaking from experience, there have been countless times where I've thought to myself, "damn, I wish I had a physical wall." That said, the Pokemon that make me think that are often not Heracross, but just any strong Stone Edge user in general. I'm fairly sure if you took out Gliscor, you'd be feeling it too. Although, if you really do want to take out Gliscor, you might want try something along the lines of Swampert or Donphan instead? At least, I'm thinking of adding one of those 2 to my team as well, haha.

Preferably give your Tentacruel Black Sludge. It's same as Leftover, but if anything uses Trick or Switcheroo, they get HURT 12% HP per turn rather than healed.

But it'll just get rid of the Black Sludge by giving it to something else, and if Walrein is that something else, it essentially becomes completely useless.

The problem with that is that then the opponent will simply have another item to transfer. Stick with Leftovers.

Agreeing with mien that Hariyama SHOULD and I mean SHOULD have a place on this team. What's most important (to me) about having a Hail team in your disposal is to be able to hadle Sandstorm teams with the presence of Garchomp and that said DD T-Tar. Hariyama helps out with both of those [although Mamoswine can revenge kill non-Yache Chomps. if yache (well if u predict yache) then simply use Hariyama to knock off the item or w/e lol). And not to mention it helps take out Blissey whose Natural Cure ability and overall HP and recovery can simply bring trouble. Mamoswine can do fine against it too, but still another reason to have Hariyama. Preferably over Frosslass.

I love Hail teams and the fact that Aboma is a great Suicune and Celebi counter <3 Whom one can say that LO sweeper Cune cannot be countered by anything besides stalling LO.

And btw outofdash, Hail teams look pretty similar so it wouldnt be a surprise if they were the exact same teams lulz

Hariyama has been added. This team is really good now, it's won me plenty of matches on suspect test. Thanks for all the advice.
The only real problem this team has now is lack of a sleep absorber. Every single member of the team is essential to the strategy, so I can't risk any of them being crippled by sleep. But it's really hard to fit one in.

Hey legacy! This is chaos herax or chaos 9 from shoddy.

You could make hariyama a restalker. That would make it more bulky along with having it take sleep. I find the abomasnow moveset that works best on all my hail teams is leech seed, sub, focus punch, blizzard. If you get a sub up unscathed, then you basically get a poke from your opponent. Seed and punch blissey, and blizzard most other things. Also agreeing with people that say knock off it good on gliscor as it can allow walrein to stall cresselia (albeit slowly) somtimes. Other than that, solid team! Would like to see you on smogon shoddy somtime to battle that team.

Good luck!

-chaos 9

Hariyama really really wants RestTalk. With your current moveset that Hariyama can't keep switching in on Tyranitar with the complete lack of healing that it has. Once Hariyama dies, a Dragon Dance / Ice Beam / Crunch / Earthquake Tyranitar can have alot of run with this team, and even Walrein will have trouble taking it down.

As much as I love Walrein, I would much rather see a poke with some Wish support go over it. Vaporeon is what I would use. This can then allow you to replace Tentacruel with Forretress. A steel type in my opinion is really needed this generation to take those powerful dragon attacks Garchomp will throw. The addition of Forretress can really help out your Metagross weak. I would run a set of Toxic Spikes / Gyro Ball / Rapid Spin / and either Reflect or Spikes in the last slot. You could always throw on a shed shell to escape from Magnezone.

Last but not least, I would change the EV spread on Gliscor to 252 HP / 180 Def / 76 Spe. This allows you to outspeed Jolly Tyranitar and Timid Magnezone, while scoring a 2HKO on the former and a OHKO on the latter. Other then that it looks like a solid hail team.

My team is designed to set up Stallrein with two layers of Toxic Spikes and Stealth Rock. Removing him really means that my Hail team has lost its purpose. I did consider Forretress in place of Tentacruel, but Tentacruel gives me a fire resist whereas Forretress adds on to my Fire weakness with a 4x weak. But thanks for the suggestions about Hariyama and particularly the Gliscor Evs.

ResTalk Lapras is a good staller and wall which I have run on my hail team, if Toxic Spikes are up, it can be a great staller. It has the same typing as Walrein too. You can run BoltBeam, ToxiBeam, even CurShard if you want.
Great switch in for Gengar leads, unless they get an annoying SpDef drop. Depends on how important Stallrein is to you I guess.
