Female Fighters

While Nintendo did little to compensate for the low number of Female oriented Pokemon, (Pokemon with a Female Gender Ratio of 75% or higher), I did decide that I could still make a good team with what girls are left.

Ninetails: @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Nature: Timid
-Hypnosis
-Nasty Plot
-Fire Blast*
-Energy Ball

Fast, and female. I listed the moves in the order in which they are important. Fire Blast covers Steels, Grass, Bug, and Ice types (take that Weavile!). Energy Ball hits Waters, Rocks, and Ground types, plus eliminating Steel types that are Immune to Toxic Spikes is important when considering the theme of my team.

Fire Blast over Flamethrower because this is OU and she needs all the "Fire Power" she can get. Pun INtended.

Ninetails lets me switch out Froslass with ease and absorb Fire attacks, and W-o-ws.

Ninetails is my only Sweeper, but she does damn good at taking Ice attacks aimed at Nidoqueen too, with her awsome Special Defense.

Froslass: @ Leftovers
Ability: Snow Cloak
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Nature: Timid
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt
-Shadow ball
-Spikes

The only Female Ghost to block Rapid Spin, but damn good at it!

She can set up Spikes, and hit fairly hard when she deals Super-effective damage with her Bolt/Beam combo.

Destiny Bond for a KO.

Nidoqueen @ Black Sludge
Ability: Poison Point
EVs: 252 HP / 216 Def / 40 Spd
Nature: Relaxed

-Toxic Spikes
-Earthquake
-Protect
-Roar

She is the center of my team:
She sets up Toxic Spikes.
She takes Rock, and Fighting hits.
Roar works well with any Spikes team, and Nidoqueen puts it to good use.
Nidoqueen also absorbs enemy Toxic Spikes.

Earthquake+Fire Blast punishes Steels and Poison types from coming in to ruin my Toxic Spikes. Forretress better watch it!

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 152 Def / 104 SpD
Nature: Calm
-Wish
-Stealth Rock
-Encore
-Seismic Toss

Sets up Rocks, Wish, and Encore, and runs away! If it gets Taunted it uses Seismic Toss. Very useful when used with Toxic Spikes to cause switches.

Blissey: @ Leftovers
Ability:Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Def / 80 SpA / 176 SpD
Nature: Calm
-Wish
-Protect
-Seismic Toss
-Fire Blast*

Wish helps the whole team, Protect scouts and helps stall for Toxic Spikes damage + Wish, Seismic Toss is just there for damage, Fire Blast hits Steels harder than Flamethrower.

Cresselia: @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 20 HP / 252 Def / 236 SpA
Nature: Modest
-Moonlight
-Reflect
-Charge Beam
-Ice Beam

Heal, support team, & power-up while taking hits as Toxic Spikes takes effect.

Face it, there is a limit on good Female Pokemon, and most of them are of the Normal-type, so it is pretty hard to use Fighting and Ground-resist Pokemon, bar Wormadon-Ground, and Vespiqueen whom both suck.

Overall, I did what I could. I have status pretty much covered: Nidoqueen and Clefable take Toxic, Nidoqueen takes Thunder Wave, Ninetails and Clefable takes W-o-w, even Froslass is immune to Freeze.

With no Female Rapid Spinners, I had to opt for 2 Wishers, as both Ninetails and Froslass are weak to SR. That is one of the reasons I chose Ninetails as my lead, to let her battle without having to switch into SRocks on the first turn.

I also use Clefable because she has access to Wish, and is Immune to Stealth Rocks, she really works quite well, especially with Encore.

*I do realize I have 3 Fire Blasters on my team, and could probably opt for another move, perhaps Protect on Nidoqueen?

24 Hr BUMP.

Offer ANY suggestions regarding movepool, EVs disributions, etc. But keep in mind that to replace a Pokemon, it must have a 75% or higher Gender Ratio.

Here is a list of options of other usable Female Pokemon (I.e: I wont bother with Luvdisc):

Granbull
Purugly (Perhaps- Fake-out, Hypnosis, Toxic, U-turn)
Kangaskhan
Jynx

Maybe Wormadon Ground-form: Resists Ground / Fighting ; Immune to Sandstorm / Electric.

I would get rid of dbond on froslass and give her shadow ball. Unless you need dbond for some reason or another...

You don't need Fire Blast for Nidoqueen. Ninetales already has it, and so does blissey. Protect on her.

Fine otherwise.

With the Trick given nearly to everything thanks to Platinum, and the common Trick-Leads, i suggest you to insert a scarfed pokemon to switch in an incoming Trick, or someone that don't cares to take a Scarf. TrickGross and TrickGar would become popular soon IMO, and they can take off your ninetales in just one move. Jynx would be a viable option, with this set :

Jynx @ Choice Scarf
Ability : Forewarn
Modest Nature
6 Hp / 252 SpA/ 252 Spe

Lovely Kiss
Ice Beam
HP Fight
Psychic

This can deal with ScarfTrick Leads, because once you get in with her, the only thing that they can do is to use trick, and they're forced to switch out. Lovely Kiss provide you with a fast sleep move, Psychic and Ice Beam are two strong STABed moves, and HP fighting is for coverage. Feel free to switch HP fight with Focus Blast, if you don't care the lack of accuracy. You can also go with Choice Specs on her, if you think that power can help you better than speed.
You can go with that instead of Clefable, maybe changing Blissey's Fire Blast with Stealt Rock. Your team lose Encore anyway, so if you consider to insert Jynx, think who is more important for you between Blissey and Clefable, and take out one of them.

I can't afford to put in Jynx, then 1/2 my team would be weak to (Stealth) Rock, with no Spinner...

I need Clefable's Wish, and Immunity to passive damage.

I guess I could replace Ninetails with Jynx to make her my new Special Sweeper... That way i stay at only 2 Pokemon weak to Stealth Rock.

Perhaps a Trick Lead Jynx? Lovely Kiss would go well with replacing Hypnosis...

I need to keep Froslass in for her Rapid Spin and Fighting Immunity.

I need more advice, what do u guys think? Ninetails with a good Immunity and Nasty Plot, or Scarf Jynx?

Yeah, Trick Scarfed Jynx would be a good option, since she can be surprising, but you have to care about Gengar, that can sleep you instead of Trick you, and it outspeed you.
Are you sure you need two Wish users? Anyway you can change Clefable's moveset to it :

Wish
Seismic Toss
Rest
Sleep Talk

I know it can appear strange, but you can switch on a Sleeping move, sleep talk and get wish, then switch out to the poke that needs the recovery. With Jynx as Lead and this Clefable (and obviously good prediction) you can totally counter Gengar. I haven't tried it so i don't know how effective it can be, but "in paper" it seems to be good.

You must hate steels a lot lol, well I think that you should use Wide Lens on Ninetales mainly because accuracy can bite you in the behind when you need a hit. Also it will help with Hypnosis. I also don't like Fire Blast on Blissey and perfer Ice Beam or T-Bolt personally but that's compeltely up to you if you think Blissey can afford a miss.

Maybe you could try Heat Wave on Ninetales? It's a little bit stronger than Flamethrower yet just about as accurate. I can understand your need for power on Ninetales though - to nail some of the stronger steel types, every bit helps. Then again, there is always this move set:

Ninetales@White Herb
Overheat
Hypnosis
Nasty Plot
Energy Ball

I've tried that set before, and it has worked well for me. Then again, I've been kinda lucky with hypnosis lately. :D Sleep Clause may trump you late-game, though. It's up to you, those are just some ideas. ^^
