I have been lerking the forum here for a long time(2-3 years) now. I started playing competatively around that time. Well off and on realy until recently when I downloaded Shoddy Battle in preperation for a tourny with some friend from a different site(yet to start). And that is why I am here, to get help for my latest team I have created. I tried several teams before I got to this one and had praticaly a 1-1 win ratio on Shoddy. But since I made this team after some changes of course I have rissen to the mid 1400s on shoddy.
The Goal of the Team is to get my Metagross in a possition to sweep in the late game, or mid game if I get greedy and they have no checks or the checks are dead. This is my first RMT here on Smogon so I hope I get this right.
Team at a glance:

Tyranitar@Lum Berry

Ability: Sandstream
Carefull Nature
EV: 240 HP/ 36 Atk/ 48 Def/ 184 SDef
~Taunt ~Fire Punch ~Crunch ~Counter
This guy has worked well for me so far. He is bulky enough to survive most attacks thrown at him. The HP EVs give me enough bulk to servive a MM form lead Metagrosses and EQ from Swampert and Hipppowdon. I use Tuant against other leads I know I am faster than. The list isn't too long but it does help from time to time. Depending on what lead my opponent is using I can someitmes prevent them from ever even getting they're Rocks down.
Fire Punch is great for weekening steels and hitting a predicted Scizor switch in. It wont kill it if it is at fun health but will make it weak enough to be revenged by anything on the team. It is always good to have STAB so Crunch is there to provide a great weapon to use against Suicide leads named Azelf as detailed below.
Weakness: Fighting and Ground go to either Zapdos or Latias. Water goes to Latias or Suicune. Grass can go to Zapdos, Latias or Metagross. Steal goes to Suicune, Metagross or Zapdos.
Against other Leads:
Against other Leads:

Crunch while they SR and Sandstorm kills it.

Prediction is key against this guy, a well placed Counter can kill it. MM is never an OHKO on this Ttar set.

Take my chances with trying to Counter it's Iron Head, or just switch out/try and revenge it with Zapdos.

Same deal as against Metagross, if they try and SR first turn and I use tuant it goes well from there as I used Counter when they fail to kill me with EQ and Couter kills them. So either they never get SR down or my prediction fails and I have a dead Tar.

Crunch then Counter; they get SR but are down 1 poke.

No way in hell I am staying in against this guy. Beings Fake Out is probably comming, it is almost as good as a free switch-in for Latias or Suicune.

Prediction again; Tuant then use Counter.

Tuant then spam Fire Punch.

Lum provides me with a free turn(2 if a miss) to either Tuant/Fire Punch/Switch to Zapdos(if Tuanted).

Crunch as my Lum prevents sleep and SS kills it.

Tuant and switch to Regirock who can take a Earth Power well enough and get my Rocks up.

Crunch/Tuant then use Counter. Risky but I'll try it.

Fire Punch for OHKO or get OHKO'd by Grass Knot. Might be better just to switch out untill I kill Abomasnow so I can switch Tar back in to replace Hail with SS.

Lum stops sleep and I crunch. However, Super Fang makes Counter next to useless for latter uses :(

Fire Punch and/or Counter.

Tuant and then Fire Punch. Counter if they have Gyro Ball.

What better than a Rock to setup Steath Rocks? While is does share almost the same weeknesses as Tar, it is much more bulky and serves the role of spreading Paralasys around my opponent's pokemon. EQ can do a number to Heatran as long as it doesn't have a Shuca berry. Although even if it does the berry will then be gone making it much easier for Metagross to take out lat game if it is somehow still around.
Regirock serves as the teams special wall for non-water attacks but can take a few in a pinch. Like against Gyrados whome I will try and T-wave and then Stone Edge as intimidate does not affect Regirock. I always like walls that could actauly fight back and this guys does the job spendedly.
Weakness: The same as Tar but not as bad since he can take a lot more attacks due to his bulk.

Latias@Life Orb

What better way to cover my first two pokes ground and fighting weekness than with a LO Latias with Reover. I use this thing to soften up my opponent's poke or even just flat-out kill them. Thunderbolt says hellow to Gyrados as Surf says hi to Heatran and any other fire type. Draco Meteor to guarantee a kill on any weakend pokes or those not sturdy enough to take the hit. Usualy lures out a Scizor(if Tar didn't already), who is normaly weakened by the time I send this gal out so even Surf and Thunderbolt can take it down. It is crucial that I make sure Scizor is weakened first as I chose not to use HP Fire for speed tie reasons(Gar & Lati).
Recover is even more important to have on Latias on this team due to LO and SS taking their toll on Latias. Sometimes when my opponent thinks I will use Recover to save Lati from dying I will use DM or another move instead. Now I will only due that if they're poke is a serious threat to my team, such as Swampert.
Weakness: Ice and Dragon can go to Regi, Suicune and Metagross.

I always like to have more than one answere to a DD Gyrados or an other DD user and I figured that Suicune fit the job well due to it's great bulk and access to calm mind. While Vaporeon might surve the same purpose I chose Suicune because I like to maintain a level of offence on my walls/checks. Surf for STAB, after a few CM is can hurt most poke well enough. I chose to use Ice Beam in place of Roar simply just to have another way to kill/damage dragons. Plus if Roar was to send in something Suicune doesn't like then I am not giving my opponent a free turn while I switch. HP Electric is there for any Gyrados that tries to stay in. Most of the people I have played like to stay in and get greedy with Dragon Dances; not this time buddy!
Weakness: Electric can go to Regi, Latias and Meta. Grass goes to Zapdos, Latias and Meta.

Ah how I love thee Zapdos. While having a revenge killer that is week to SR may not seem to be optimal especialy in SS, most people do not expect Zapdos to be this fast. Most people run Zapdos as a wall these days giving me the advantage a lot of the time. Maxed out speed to ensure I can out run +1 Speed pokes and some +2 Speed pokes, providing a check/Revenge against both Salamence and Gyrados.
U-Turn if I need to make a switch or predict my opponent will make one. Heat Wave because it is such an awsome move and can net me kills against Scizor, Jirachi, Metagross and aother noteable steels. This guy can even take out the remainder of my opponent's team if they lack an electric resist or any are gone.
Weakness: Ice & Rock can go to Tar, Regi and Meta; suicune for just ice.

The whole Reson for the Team. I will only reveal this guy late in the game and only when I am sure that the opponent's team is weaked enough and that Rotom forms are dead. Not to mention that any status users are gone or are hurt enough to die to a MM or EQ. The most unusual thing this meta is that it is Mixed with Rock Polish. Basicaly a marage between Agiligross and Mixed Metagross. Late game MM can take down entire teams, especialy after an attack boost. Earth quake to take down anything that resists MM and then HP Fire for Scizor and Bronzong/Skarmory.
Expert Belt for a little extra kick and to help him take down any problem pokes. Rock polish was chosen because it does the same thing as Agility and is cooler IMO. It is worth noting how funny it is when my opponent switches in Scizor on the turn I use Rock Polish, giving me a free turn just to OHKO them the next with HP Fire. I am not to sure how much special attack EVs are needed to OHKO all Scizors. If possible I could move some EVs to Speed or HP if I don't need all 124 is special attack. But if I do that he will be less effective against other steels that EQ can't hit; I will probly keep his EVs the same.
Weekness: Fire goes to Suicune, Tar, Regi and Latias. Ground goes to Latias and Zapdos.
Threat list comming below!
