Jibaku and I thought it would be extremely helpful to get legal iv combos for legendaries so people don't have to fiddle with them to get useful combinations. The thing kind of snowballed into finding all the useful ones, which is what Jibaku and I (mostly Jibaku) did.
This is mostly a reference, but maybe this could be a discussion thread, feel free to post helpful IV combinations or discuss which Pokemon might use them, and if they are helpful.
I'll go much more indepth on usefulness of these later, but I have to go very shortly, so expect update tommorow.
Feel free to submit any more or better spreads you find.
In Order of HP/Atk/Def/SpA/SpD/Spe
Timid HP Water 70
31/14/30/30/31/31
Common users: Raikou that wants to hit Steelix and Camperupt. This is a really helpful combination if you want to keep your max Speed while still wiping stuff up with Life Orb HP Waters.
Timid HP Grass 70
31/2/31/31/30/31
Common Users: Moltres with Life Orb and 3 attacks may want to use HP Grass to hit Milotic, Quagsire, and Gastrodon. Raikou may also want to use it in order to hit Water/Ground-types, who can easily counter him. Entei might want this for his Sub/CM sets.
Timid HP Grass 70 (alternate)
31/2/31/30/31/31
Naive HP Fire 70
31/31/22/30/31/30
Deoxys-forms and Giratina/Giratina-o =D. If you have ever needed to hit Forretress or Scizor but didn't want to use Fire Punch (or didn't have arms to use it), this can be a life saver. Will be very useful for when Tina-o will have IV restrictions. This also applies to the one below.
Hasty HP Fire 70
31/31/30/30/27/30
Timid HP Rock 70
31/3/30/31/30/30
Shaymin-s will definitely appreciate a HP Rock 70 that doesn't hurt its bulk. Moltres can also use this to hurt other Moltres.
Modest HP Rock 70
31/3/30/31/30/30
Modest HP Fire 70
31/26/31/30/31/30
Offensive Celebi can really make this work well for you, especially since you won't lose much Special Attack or Speed. Giratina-o could also use this quite effectively, as well as Shaymin-s who needs to hit Forretress or Scizor.
Timid HP Fire 70
31/6/31/30/31/30
Timid HP Electric 70
31/23/31/30/31/31
Suicune can use this offensive minded nature and IV's to hold a 3 attack set, capable of destroying Gyarados.
Timid HP Fighting 70
31/30/30/30/30/30
Nasty Plot Azelf can use this set to try and hurt Tyranitar, and it actually can work pretty effectively.
30/18/31/30/31/30 Bold HP Fire
Here it is! If you are tired of Celebi not being able to run Bold HP Fire 70, then finally put this set to the test.
Calm HP Fire 70
31/7/30/30/31/30
Latias trying to hit Scizor and Lucario, while still being specially defensive would really appreciate this spread. Losing almost no bulk is a very good opportunity. You can hit a Speed of 308 easily with this set.
Modest HP Grass 70
31/2/31/30/31/31
Bold HP Grass 70
31/14/31/30/31/31
Zapdos, Suicune, or whatever else can use HP Grass fairly effectively. HP Grass will never reduce Speed either with these sets, very nice!
