Introduction:

I'm sure that many of you saw that thread in Stark Mountain about Sunny Weather and its effects in OU. So me and Fuzznip thought, "Hey, why not host a tournament to see what the effects of Auto-Sun will be?"

Welcome to the Drought Tournament, a regular OU tournament with a little twist. In this 64-Man tournament, the use of a level 78 Groudon is legal. It is not necessary to use it at all, but it's allowed.

General Rules:

-Standard OU.
-Use of Level 78 Groudon is permitted. No other Uber is allowed. The Groudon can not be of any other level.
-Single elimination.
-Logs are required. Both the winner and loser must send Erazor AND whistle the log, so that no one can cheat and use a Level 100 Groudon.

I've seen both minato. and mind play. Mind won't win, not by a long shot.
