Right, I've been using this set for Steelix for some time, and thought I should post it here.
P.S guys I'm new, I'm gonna give this my best shot.
[Overview]

Steelix is undoubtedly one of the best physical walls in existence, with a whopping base 200 defence stat and a passable base 75 Hp. However, one of the major things from Steelix being a threat is it's Low speed and sub-par Special Defence. However Steelix is still a sturdy tank and a top-tier contender for any UU team in need of a wall.
[Set]
Name: Rest-Talk
Move 1: Rest
Move 2: Sleep-talk
Move 3: Earthquake
Move 4: Gyro-ball/Stone Edge
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
Nature: Sassy
Evs: 164 hp / 100 def / 244 spec def
[Set Comments]

Steelix is often sneered at for having no form of self-recovery. This set allows Steelix to take weaker special attacks and bite back with powerful STAB'd attacks. An attack boosting nature is also plausible, but it gains no notable K.Os without significant investment.

The last move choice is contested. Stone edge makes up the fabled "Quake-edge" combo but Gyro ball gains STAB and power due to the -speed nature.
[Additional comments]

The Evs and nature allow Steelix to still comfortably take physical hits, while allowing it to take weaker hits from the special side. 164 hp evs is a leftovers number, while 244 special defence Evs provide a bonus point.

Double edge+ Rock head has it's merits, but the over-abundance of ghost types (Mismagus in particular) will love the chance to switch in.
An Occa berry could be used to scout for random fire attacks, and toxic could also find a way onto the set. Roar could also be used to scout incoming counters, but is only useful with entry-hazard support.
Thanks for reading guys, C+C would be great.
