Bronzong@Focus Band
Ability: Levitate
Relaxed Nature
EVs: 252 HP/ 152 Att/ 53 Def/ 53 Sp Def

Explosion
TrickRoom
Earthquake
Hypnosis

(Lead - Sleep --> Trick Room --> Explode OR Switch)

Bronzong is here to provide a guarantied Trick Room and Explosion due to the Focus Band. Focus Band is a must due to the risk that an opponent's might be a strong fire type. If the lead isn’t a fire type and doesn’t lower my health to low, I can put it to sleep w/ Hypnosis after using Trick Room and safely switch out to Ryhyperior / other Pokemon in my team to kill the opponent or set up using moves like Swords Dance to set up for a sweep. Even if the Focus Band has to come into play, i will be able to explode and still safe switch.

Slowbro@Leftovers
Ability: OwnTempo
Relaxed Nature
EVs: 212 HP/ 252 Def/ 44 SpAtt
IVs: 30 SpAtt/ 3 Speed

TrickRoom
SlackOff
Ice Beam
Surf

(Defense Wall - Reset Trick Room / Attack)

Slowbro provides the water STAB and can take out an Arcinanine easily due to the 31 SpAttack IV and the 44 EV boost. It is also carrying Ice Beam which can take out and grass type Pokemon that might be switched into when Slowbro is put out. He is also the second Pokemon in my team to carry Trick Room, however in my opinion, is the most vulnerable of the three Pokemon that carry the move on this team. Slack Off provides the HP boost that is more often then not needed after switching into Slowbro or not during the opponent's switch due to it’s less then amazing HP.

Cresselia@Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
Relaxed Nature
EVs: 252 HP/ 212 Def/ 44 SpDef

TrickRoom
Moonlight
ChargeBeam
Psychic

(Annoyance / Wall - ChargeBeam 3-6 X --> Moonlight & Trick Room When Needed --> Sweep w/ Psychic)

Cresselia is a wall like no other, i recently battled someone w/ a dragonite that used out rage, and at 1/4 health down it still survived the attack. Third and final pokemon that uses trick room on my team and is far safer then using slowbro. Charge Beam is nice cause i can attack and boost her SpAttk and then sweep pretty nicely with Psychic.

Rhyperior@Leftovers
Ability: SolidRock
Brave Nature
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Att/ 6 Def

Megahorn
StoneEdge
Earthquake
Swords Dance

(Attacker - Swords Dance [on predicted switch] --> Attack)

Ryhyperior is amazing in this team in my opinion. Even when it is out of trick room, SolidRock provides a wall of security when facing Pokemon that can use Super Effective moves against it. Swords Dance is mainly used when i predict a switch or when the opponent it asleep or for sure setting up. When i do use swords dance, the life orb makes it almost as powerful as using it twice and can knock out an opponent w/ ease. Megahorn is there to take out Psychic type Pokemon and nut much else. StoneEdge to take out flying type. Earthquake to break Substitutes and to dominate electric type. Earthquake is also used as the main sweep move.

Machamp@Leftovers/LifeOrb
Ability: No Guard
Brave Nature
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Att/ 6 Def

DynamicPunch
StoneEdge
Substitute
Pay Back

(Sub- Attacker - Substitute --> Attack)

Machamp is bad (not gonna lie), but while in the confines of a trick room, having almost no Speed IVs, and having no guard allows me to use dynamic punch and stone edge w/ the ease of knowing that they will always land. Substitute feels out of place due to the face the leftovers can’t provide enough HP regain to make up for it (HELP WITH THIS PLEASE) PayBack takes down Psychic types that appose him.

regice.png

Regice@Leftovers
Ability: ClearBody
Sassy Nature
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Def/ 6 SpAtt

Thunderbolt
IceBeam
Focus Blast
Thunderwave

(SpAttk - er -- Thunderwave [when trick room is inactive] --> attack)

Regice is one of the only Pokemon that can operate outside of trick room on this team due to him having Thunder Wave. Ice beam w/ the STAB is the main sweep move. Meanwhile Thunderbolt take out the water types that match up to him and Focus Blast can take down a Tyranitar easily.

I'm not entirly sure that this team is good, I use it and usually loose :\

If you could please edit the team and tell me how i can change my strategy so i can win.

Also, if you think there are better teams and pokemon choices out there, please tell me. im half thinking about chucking this trick room team idea.

You don't mention anywhere that you're using 0 Speed IVs, though I would imagine you do. So, you will notice that Hidden Power on anything with all 31 IVs except for 0 Speed becomes a 64 base power Ice type, and if you need an ice-type attack, you could stick it on any more durable special sweeper than Regice, in terms of typing, anyway. I wouldn't contend with his 200 SpD, but one technician-boosted bullet punch from a scizor would probably hurt him too much for your liking.

So, let's start from there. Priority moves can really wreak havoc on a trick room team. What special sweeper would resist most priority moves? We've got Fake Out, Mach Punch, Bullet Punch, Ice Shard, Extremespeed, Vacuum Wave... probably more, but those are the most common as far as I know (though I haven't seen Vacuum Wave in OU much). Apart from Mach Punch and Vacuum Wave, steel types resist all of the aforementioned attacks, so it would maybe be prudent to consider a 0 Speed IV Magnezone with hidden power, like I use.

Magnezone
@ Leftovers
Magnet Pull
Quiet nature
Speed IV 0
EVs: 40 Atk / 252 SpA / 216 Spe
-Hidden Power Ice
-Thunderbolt
-Signal Beam / Flash Cannon
-Explosion

This is similar to the steel killer set, except for it aims to maximize SpA while sacrificing Speed, which is normal for a trick room team, and that it replaces Substitute with Signal beam for its useful bug-typing against Dark or Grass... though, if you're secure with Machamp against dark types and hidden power ice on switch-ins, you can also use Flash Cannon for STAB super effective damage against ice pokemon.

Focus band is shit. Use focus sash. Actually, don't. Bronzong can take hits. The only lead you need a sash for is heatran. Use leftovers or Occa Berry.

Arcanine does not exist in OU.

Bronzong wants stealth rock>hypnosis.

Cress wants Trick Room/Lunar Dance/Moonlight/Psychic

Rhyp wants life orb. Also, why does eq break substitutes?

Machamp wants Ice Punch>Substitute, and a life orb.

Regice should be replaced by LO Starmie, or even Scarf Starmie, which it outclasses in an offensive role.
