Why this set deserves to be on-site:
-Takes a more offensive approach at Dragon Dance DNite and manages to damage common walls a lot harder.
-OHKOs many tanks at +1 such as Gliscor and Celebi with Stealth Rock. Also OHKOs Bulky Gyarados at neutral after Stealth Rock.
-Is a great and effective late game sweeper.
-Manages to break through walls and tanks easily.
-Sets up on Pokemon that are Choice locked on a move that Dragonite can take.

Additional Comments:
-Jolly is an option if you want to outspeed Base 130s after a Dragon Dance.
-Leftovers if you want to take less damage from the combination of Stealth Rock and Life Orb recoil.
-Adamant + Extremespeed could work to OHKO Jolteon at +1 and nearly OHKO Flygon.
-Dragon Claw can be used over Outrage if you do not want to lock yourself onto Outrage.

Teammates and Counters:
-Common teammates include Jirachi, Roserade, and Starmie.
-Countered by Bulky Steels such as Bronzong, Skarmory, and Empoleon if locked onto Outrage.

Dragonite's update already includes an offensive DD set, Roost doesn't make it any better especially considering that this variant won't be take as many hits as the bulky dancer.
