Introduction
Hi everyone, welcome to my first RMT. I'm Uncommon Madness and I started playing pokémon when I was 6 (now I'm almost 17) but I've discovered Smogon and competitive play only 15 months ago. After spending some time using Shoddy Battle and visiting this forum I've decided to create this account.
Here I bring you one of the most successful UU team I've made and with it some weeks ago I was able to reach 1607 CRE on the UU ladder under the alt "Toy Boy is Pro".
Without further ado (I don't want to make this boring...) here's the team:

A Closer Look

Ability:Aftermath
Evs: 252 Atk/232 Spe/24 SAtk
Naive Nature (+Spe, -SDef)
-Crunch
-Explosion
-Hidden Power (Grass)
-Taunt
.....
Set Analysis:
Skuntank is one of my favourite UU lead. Its effectiveness derives from it's unpredictability. Most players don't know the moveset this skunk is running and underestimate it's power.
I really like him because not only it has great synergy with other members of the team and is able to deal with common leads but also because with Explosion it can take out every poké that is giving me problem.
Crunch deals massive damage to everything that doesn't resist it, Taunt is to prevent foes from setting up, HP Grass is for defensively bulky pokés like Omastar, Kabutops, Cloyster, Rhyperior, etc.
Defensively speaking SkunTANK (lol?) is not so bad with 103/67/61 defenses also because it has only one weakness and is immune to Psychic moves and Toxic.
-Ambipom: I switch to Registeel to take the Fake Out then switch to Moltres to take the U-Turn/Low Kick
-Uxie: I Taunt predicting Stealth Rock then Crunch on the switch/U-Turn (Crunch deals 46.3% - 54.8% to standard lead Uxie). If they Trick me a Choice Scarf (it rarely happens) I switch to Moltres but Skuntank is still useful as a very fast revenge killer.
-Mespirit: Same as Uxie but Crunch deals 82.2% - 97.5% to Scarf-leads and 71.1% - 84.3% to offensive leads.
-Omastar: Taunt as they try to set up Spikes/Stealth Rock and then Hp Grass (deals 69.8% - 82.6% damage to the standard utility set).
-Cloyster: look Omastar
-Spiritomb: They can't touch me and I Crunch on the switch, if they stay in they take 42.1% - 50% from Crunch (I've seen only Attacking Leads)
-Electrode: I Crunch while they set up Rain then switch to Registeel to take Explosion/Thunder
-Alakazam: I switch to Moltres and proceed from there.
-Qwilfish: 2HKO them with Crunch while they set up entry hazard (I will rapid spin them away later).
EVs and Nature:
with 232 speed Evs and a Naive nature it is able to outspeed Pokés with base 80 speed and a positive nature, 252 Attack Evs to deal as much damage as possible, the remaining 24 Evs were placed in SP.Attack.

Ability: Water Absorb
Evs: 152 Hp/252 Atk/104 Spe
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
-Encore
-Substitute
-Waterfall
-Focus Punch
.....
Set Analysis:
Poliwrath is simply awesome. It resists the very common Dark-, Rock-, Ice-, and Fire-type attacks and is able to counter almost every opposing Water type thanks to Water Absorb. With Encore support it can completely cripple stat boosters and set up a Substitute against a wide range of UU Pokémon. Once Substitute is up it can start to wreck things with it's double STAB.
Waterfall was chosen instead of Ice Punch because Waterfall already does plenty of damage to Venusaur and Torterra and I don't have problems with Altaria.
.....
EVs and Nature:
Adamant nature and max Attack are to maximize it's offensive power, 104 Speed EVs let me outspeed standard Milotic before it uses Toxic/HP Grass and random pokés such as max speed Rhyperior, Leech Seed Venusaur and standard Claydol, Clefable, Blastoise.

Ability: Pressure
Evs: 252 SAtk/4 SpD/252 Spe
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
-Air Slash
-Flamethrower
-Hidden Power (Grass)
-U-Turn
.....
Set Analysis:
THE Revenge Killer. The movepool is pretty self-explainable: Moltres carries amazing offensive power and thanks to it's awesome double STAB it is able to dent (almost) anything that doesn't resist them and is why I chose to run also Hidden Power Grass. U-Turn is there for scouting and wearing down counters and is a very useful move in general. It's usefulness doesn't stop at revenge killing infact many times I've used it to late game sweep a weakened opposing team.
.....
EVs and Nature:
Pretty straightforward: max Sp Attack with a Modest nature to deal as much damage as possible and max speed to outpace fast threats and other slower scarfed Pokés such as Hitmonlee.

Ability: Sturdy
Evs: 52 Hp/252 Atk/152 Def/52 Spe
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
-Earthquake
-Ice Shard
-Stealth Rock
-Rapid Spin
.....
Set Analysis:
Moltres and Scyther are 4X weak to Stealth Rock so I had to carry a Rapid Spinner. I chose Donphan because of it's ability not only to get rid of entry hazard but also because it can set up SR himself, has great synergy with the other members of the team and provides useful defensive support. Offensively STAB Earthquake deals a lot of damage to any non-flying/levitator opponent while Ice Shard is very useful to damage threats like Altaria,Scyther, Swellow and Torterra. Assurance was not chosen on this set because Spiritomb takes more damage from Earthquake while Rotom and Mismagius are already checked by Registeel.
.....
EVs and Nature:
They are taken straight from the Smogon set except for the 52 Speed EVs that let me outspeed the standard Rhyperior set with 128 Evs.

Ability: Pressure
Evs: 252 Hp/40 Atk/216 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Iron Head
-Curse
.....
Set Analysis:
This is the classic Cursteel (yeah, that's how I call it...). It is able to absorb status and to wall Specially based Venusaur and most Mismagius like a champ, two pokés angainst which I would have had a lot of troubles.
Once its main counters have been weakened (thanks to the fact that Moltres is able to take Ground-, Fire-, and Fighting-type Pokés) the "Iron Pokémon " is ready to sweep succesfully.
.....
EVs and Nature:
Maximizing HP EVs makes Registeel as defensive as possible while 216 SDef EVs are there to increase Registeel's non-boosted defensive stat.

Ability: Technician
Evs: 252 Atk/4 SpD/252 Spe
Jolly Nature (+Spe, -SAtk)
-Swords Dance
-Aerial Ace
-Brick Break
-Quick Attack
.....
Set Analysis:
This is the most destructive member of the team. Swords Dance is the amazing set up move, capable of boosting Scyther's attack to an impressive stat of 638 in only one turn. Aerial Ace is a STAB move with great offensive coverage and with Brick Break the green mantis is able to hit a great number of pokés for SE damage. Quick Attack is a very useful priority move and KOes fast pokés that may try to ruin a sweep while also allowing Scyther to act as an occasional revenge killer.
.....
EVs and Nature:
Jolly nature and 252 Speed Evs are necessary because Scyther needs to be as fast as possible in order to sweep. Max Attack because... yeah... obvious.
Conclusion and Threat list
I've had a lot of fun on the UU ladder with this team because it somehow represents my favourite style of playing.
"Supernatural Superserious" is a very solid team and I hope you'll enjoy rating it as much as I enjoyed making and battling with it.
Thanks for reading.
Black indicates neutrality; it is a relatively easy Pokémon to handle.
Orange indicates that the Pokémon does cause switching and stimulates more thought processes of possible scenarios than usual.
Red indicates a cause for serious concern as it has the ability to sweep / cause damage to half of my team.
Offensive Threats

Aggron - Donphan walls it and OHKOes with EQ.
Dugtrio - Registeel and Skuntank can be trapped, everything else destroys it.
Ludicolo - If I face it in the rain I usually play mindgames, constant switching beetween Registeel/Moltres/Poliwrath...
Nidoking - Not a serious threat, most of my team can KO it with ease.
Sceptile - Scyther Registeel can set up on it , Moltres can revenge kill Physycal variants.
Toxicroak - The Physical set is walled by Donphan and the special one by Moltres.
Defensive Threats

Clefable - Donphan deals a lot with EQ, Scyther with Brick Break and Registeel can usually set up on it, even if it encores.
Slowking - Skuntank is a beast...
