With this set, Celebi can easily outspeed any threats in the lead position and trick them into SR. Then while they switch, Celebs sets up it's own rocks. Psychis and LS are to actually dish some damage against the switch in and have the ablitiy to be used later. This also gives it the ability to come back later to screw something over with another trick, or to kill it.

Here is how Celebi takes care of the top 10 leads:
Blue=Easy
Orange=Annoying
Red=Hard

Azelf: Trick as it SRs or tries to taunt. SR on the switch or if it taunted, Psychic the switch in.

Machamp: Psychic. You don't want that thing to have a scarf.

Aerodactyl: See Azelf

Metagross: This you must switch. Darn.

Swampert: This will usually switch because it sees a LS coming. Trick the switch in. If it stays in, now you LS.

Jirachi: Trick as it SRs or Iron Heads, now set up SR and play from there.

Infernape: See Machamp.

Roserade: Psychic. Remove it before it can cause any harm.

Heatran: Switch to your counter.

Ninjask: Trick. Now ninjask is screwed for whole match.

Comment! I've used this for Shoddy with good success. Just needs a little help though, Thanks!

Well, Uxie does this better IMO, plus I'd put thunder wave on it over either attacking move to cripple the switch in after the opponent is tricked.

Also, what if it's opposing Trick Scarf Jirachi, you don't want to be tricking that do you?

Also, you need to put how it outclasses other Trick scarfers, and why it should be on-site. We could also just put that Trick scarf Celebi works as a lead in AC of the current on-site trick set

Why, tell me why does this need to be onsite. The fact that a Pokemon learns Trick doesn't mean, at all, that it should get its own analysis. Celebi already has a lead set placed onsite, which basically covers what the proposed one in this thread does, except for Trick of course, and doesn't lose in any aspect when compared to this TrickScarf variant. In fact, the one that's onsite is undoubtedly better, as it doesn't need to run away from Heatran or Infernape to set up SR. I really see no point in giving this set and approval, I'm sorry.

QC REJECTED (1/3)

I would just like to say this set is trying to be something it's not. Starmie can force a Stealth Rock-locked Pokemon out and spin next turn, which is usually an advantage, but Celebi can't do that. Unlike Uxie it can't deal with Scarf Tyranitar or CB Scizor switching in due to its inferior bulk either. You're forced out by too many things to be able to reliably set-up Stealth Rock either.

Putting the standard Scarf set might even work better, with U-turn to break sashes and force the opponent to set-up and die or attack.

^ What he said. This looks like a no-go.

If QC REALLY feels that this needs a third Rejection go ahead. But I think that's just delaying the inevitable (really this set just screams bad).
