This set attempts to emphasize Celebi's 101 HP Substitutes, Leech Seed, instant recovery, and Thunderwave. Falling only to grass-types and Taunt users, this set reliably allows you to either kill walls or paralyze the vast majority of their team. To use this set, you must Thunderwave something without dying. If one has MORE then 25% HP, attempt to set up a substitute. If the first substitute fails, try another. And another. Eventually, you will be able to get up a substitute due to paralyzis. When this happens, Leech Seed. Leech seed, combined with Leftovers recovery, will allow you to continue to substitute and Leech Seed until death or the switching out of the opponent's pokemon. Proceed to paralyze, substitute, Leech Seed, and kill. Rinse and repeat as necessary.​





This HAS been playtested EXSTENSIVLY, and works PERFECTLY in almost every scenario.​

Yes, I do relise that there is already a SubSeed set on the site. In fact, I checked the site before I posted this. What the site's set lacks, however, is both Recover, and Thunderwave. The EV's have been changed slightly as well, to resist a Timid Heatran's Fire Blast with 0.5% Health left, at worst-case scenario. I hope I don't sound like I'm objecting, I'm just... objecting.... erm... yeah. I did read all the rules, and though that this was not violating any of them. Sorry!
 
I'm sorry but, yeah, we already have Celebi sets that make use of Thunder Wave effectively, and a set that performs the SubSeed strategy as well. I can't see what does this set have that makes it warrant an analysis. I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to reject this. However, feel free to post other sets in the future for QC to revise.
