[Overview]
  • Nice defensive spread of 70/95/110.
  • Has a good support movepool, with moves such as Taunt, both Screens, and Magic Room.
  • It has a respectable slightly above average Special Attack stat of 95, along with options to boos it like CM or a Flatter + Psych Up combo.
  • Sports a decent offensive movepool.
  • Pure Psychic typing leaves it vunerable to moves such as U-Turn and Pursuit.
  • No forms of instant recovery outside of Rest hinders it.
[Set]
Name: Dual Screnner
Move 1: Reflect
Move 2: Light Screen
Move 3: Psychic / Psycho Shock
Move 4: Toxic / Thunder Wave / Safegaurd
Item: Light Clay / Leftovers
Nature: Bold
Ability: Frisk
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD

[Set Comments]
  • Nice defensive stats alow Gochiruzeru to safely set up both screens to support it's team.
  • Psychic or Psycho Shock hit opposing pokemon with STAB, the fomer for more power and the later for hitting special walls.
  • Toxic lets you watch the opponent slowly wear themselves down while their hits do less thanks to the screens. Thunder Wave is there to cripple fast sweepers and allow you bring something that can outspeed and KO the opposing pokemon (and the occasional para hax is always nice). However, if you feel the need to completely protect your team from any form of ailment, Safegaurd prevents the opponent from statusing any of your pokemon.
  • Light Clay allows for extra Screen time, which could be invaluable for your team as it allows your pokemon to set up without possible fear of being One or 2HKO'd. However, Leftovers is always a nice option, as it lets Gochiruzeru survive a little longer.
[Additional Comments]
  • If you feel threatened by the foe's item after seeing it with Frisk, Embargo can be used to stop them from using it, though it will be hard to find a slot for it.
  • Taunt can be used in place of status moves to prevent your opponent from setting up, trying to status, or set up entry hazards.
[Teammates & Counters]
  • Frail sweepers like Infernape and Hitmonlee love extra defensive support, and can take Dark type attacks that are aimed at Gochiruzeru.
  • Erufuun ruins your fun with Taunt, and switching lets it get off a sub and possibly Leech Seed.
  • Borutorosu can come in on a predicted sub and Taunt Erufuun before it tries to set up.
[Set]
Name: Librarian
Move 1: Psychic / Psycho Scock
Move 2: Dark Pulse
Move 3: Hidden Power Fighting / Hidden Power Ice
Move 4: Grass Knot / Thunderbolt
Item: Choice Specs
Nature: Timid
Ability: Frisk
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

[Set Comments]
  • Though it's pretty slow, Gochiruzeru has the SpA stat and a good enough special movepool to run a specs set.
  • Psychic or Psycho Shock are there for STAB, and the former hits for more power, while the latter lets you hit special walls harder.
  • Dark Pulse hits ghost and opposing psychic types for super effective damage.
  • Hidden Power Fighting hits Steel types, who completely wall you otherwise. Howeve, Hidden Power Ice can be used to hit Dragons like Salamence harder than your other moves do.
  • Grass Knot is used to hit those annoying bulky waters, like Swampert and Slowbro. However, if you feel Flying types and light water types can cause problems, Thunderbolt is an alternative, but then Water / Ground types can easily wall you.
[Additional Comments]
  • Shadow ball can be used, but really isn't necessary with Dark Pulse.
  • Hidden Power Fire lets you hit physically bulky grass types like Leafeon and Tangrowth harder, while also letting you hit Steels.
  • Charge Beam can be used in the last slot to raise your SpA, though your only boosting Charge Beam's power considering your locked into it.
  • Modest nature can be used if you want to hit harder and are willing sacrifice Speed.
[Teammates and Counters]
  • Gochiruzeru appreciates entry hazards, such as Spikes and SR support, as it lets it score easier KO's.
  • Froslass is good for providing Spikes, as it can set them up early on in the battle and block Rapid Spin. It can save Gochiruzeru from bug attacks (but the fact they are both weak to Dark is pretty disappointing.
  • Nattorei is also a great partner to Gochiruzeru, as it can not only provide entry hazards, but also Thunder Wave some of the opponent's pokemon, letting Gochiruzerus low speed not get in it's way.
  • Wobbufett is a real problem if it comes in on Psycho Shock, Psychic, or Hidden Power Fighting, as it can easily trap and Mirror Coat you to death.
  • Since you can't switch, a fast revenge killer like Kojondo can come in, Fake Out, and U-Turn into something that can defenitely take out Wobbufett or just try to KO it with Payback.
  • Blissey also can easily wall this set, so it is reccomended that you have an effective physical sweeper to take care of it, such as Bulk Up + Mach Punch Roobushin.
[Set]
Name: Support
Move 1: Toxic / Thunder Wave
Move 2: Taunt / Safegaurd
Move 3: Substitute / Protect
Move 4: Psychic / Psycho Shock
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Bold
Ability: Frisk
EVs: 252 HP / 152 Def/ 104 SpD

[Set Comments]
  • This set takes advantage of Gochiruzeru's bulk, allowing to help its team.
  • Toxic is always nice, as poison status lets you score easier KOs with the damage racking up. However, Thunder Wave lets yoy slow down the opposing pokemon, while also possibly getting some para hax here and there.
  • Taunt prevents anything from setting up or statusing, but if your more worried about the latter, Safegaurd prevents any of the opponent's pokemon's ability to status your team.
  • Substitute allows you to take a free hit, last longer, and possibly Toxic Stall, but so does Protect, so it is a possible alternative. The latter also lets you scout out for moves.
  • The last slot is the same reason for the rest of the sets, as it lets you actually hit opposing pokemon.
[Additional Comments]
  • Embargo is an option if you feel that the opponent shouldn't use their item after seeing it with Frisk, but has little use otherwise.
  • Heal Block can prevent pokemon like Burengeru from Recovering, but Taunt already takes care of that.
  • If you want Gochiruzeru to take special hits better, and alternate EV spread of 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD can be used with a Calm nature.
[Teammates and Counters]
  • Slow sweepers like Octillery love paralysis support, as well as status immunity so it can perform it's sweeping job alot easier.
  • Any pokemon that needs a turn to set up, such as SD Scizor, also enjoys the comfort of not having to worry about being burned.
  • Mischevious Heart users with Taunt completely ruin this set, like Erufunn.
  • Borutorusu can come in after Gochirumeru gets Taunted while Erufunn is probably setting up a sub and Taunt next turn, forcing Erufunn to switch.
[Set]
Name: Trick Room Support
Move 1: Trick Room
Move 2: Toxic
Move 3: Taunt / Protect / Safeguard
Move 4: Psychic / Psycho Shock
Item: Leftovers / Iron Ball
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
IVs: 0 Speed IVs

[Set Comments]
  • With nice bulk and pretty bad speed, Gochiruzeru makes a great candidate for Trick Room support.
  • Toxic is the only status option you want, as Thunder Wave only makes the opponent slower, benefitting them in Trock Room.
  • Taunt prevents opponents from setting up or statusing you, while protect does the same, as well as letting you scout out for moves. Safegaurd, like mentioned in previous sets, lets your team set up without fear of status.
  • The last slot is purely for stab, Psychic hitting pokemon with lower SpD harder, and Psycho Shock hitting pokemon with lower Def harder.
  • Leftovers let you recover HP every turn, but if ou want to be really slow, then Iron Ball can be used.
[Additional Comments]
  • Substitute can be used for longer survivability, but you will probably switch out anyway to abuse your Trick Room sweepers.
[Teammates and Counters]
  • Slow sweepers, such as Octillery and offensive Bronzong can easily take advantage of their new speed and wreak havooc on teams with faster pokemon.
  • Nattorei can set up entry hazards faster than it normally would.
  • Once again, Erufunn does not want you to have any fun with Taunt.
  • Oobemu, with it's horrendeous speed, can use Simple Beam to cancel Erufunn's Mischevious Heart weather Trick Room is up or not, probably forcing it to switch.
[Set]
Name: Sub CM
Move 1: Substitute
Move 2: Calm Mind
Move 3: Psychic / Psycho Shock
Move 4: Hidden Power Fighting / Hidden Power Ice / Dark Pulse
Nature: Timid / Modest
Item: Leftovers / Life Orb
Ability: Frisk
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

[Set Comments]
  • This set lets you take Gochiruzeru's normal role as a supporter and lets it function as a sweeper.
  • Substitute always helps in setting up, as with the right prediction offers a free set up.
  • Calm Mind boosts both SpA and SpD, which lets you hit hard and your subs take special attacks easier.
  • Psychic vs Psycho Shock in terms of STAB are both viable for the same reasons on the sets above.
  • Hidden Power Fighting hits Steel and Dark Types hard, while Hidden Power Ice hits Dragons, including the ever threratening Sazandora hard as well. Dark Pulse is for those Burungeru and Shandera who try to wall you.
  • If you want to hit harder, use Life Orb. However, if you want to heal of Sub damage, Leftovers can be used too.
[Additional Options]
  • Charge Beam can be used to raise your SpA higher, but is not very good for coverage.
  • Grass Knot can help you hit pokemon like Slowbro and Swampert harder than your other attacks.
[Teammates and Counters]
  • This Gochiruzeru set likes burned so it's subs can take physical attacks better.
  • Burungeru can aaccomplish this with it's natural bulk, and it can ake Bug attacks aimed at Gochiruzeru, though both of their weakness' to Dark isn't very nice.
  • Erufunn. Oi. Prevents your setting again and again and super effective U-Turn isn't nice either. Sableye also can Taunt and burn Gochiruzeru, which isn't something you want.
  • Borutorosu can come in after Gochiruzeru is taunted, Taunt the opponent, and let Gochiruzeru switch in again.
  • Wish support is always nice for Gochiruzeru to recover health lost by Substitute, and Blissey and Clefable, both being relatively bulky, accomplish this job very nicely.
  • Entry hazards are always helpful, letting Gochiruzeru score easier KOs.
  • Nattorei does this job very nicely, and can take the Dark and Ghost attacks aimed at Gochiruzeru.
[Team Options]
  • The Dual screner variants help frail sweepers, like Infernape, sweep without fear of one and 2HKO's.
  • Bulky fighting types like Roobushin can take all Dark and Bug moves aimed at Gochiruzeru.
  • Entry Hazard support helps the sweeping variants take out pokemon easier, so physically bulky pokemon like Skarmory, Foretress, and Nattorei can accomplish this, as well as sponging the physical attacks aimed at Gichiruzeru, as well as it being able to take the special attacks aimed at the others.
  • Borutorosu can come in on Erufunn after it taunted Gochiruzeru, and Taunt it so Gochiruzeru can switch in safely if needed (unless Erufunn carries U-Turn).
  • Slow sweepers like Octillery love Trick Room support
[Optional Changes]
  • Gochiruzeru can run a scarfed, but it is outclassed by stronger special sweepers like Starmie and Gengar.
  • Mean Look + Flatter + Psych Up can be used, but then you only have one slot of offenseive moves.
  • Rest can be used, as it's Gochiruzeru's only form of recovery. However, it's not too relaible, as something can KO you while you are sleeping.
  • Gochiruzeru can also run an offensive Trick Room set, but it is usually outclassed by Exeggutar and Rankarusu.
  • It can also run a CM + 3 attacks set.
[Counters]
  • Mischevious Heart users put a stop to most of Gochiruzeru's sets, forcing a switch and allowing them to set up.
  • Blissey completely walls you if you don't have Psycho Shock, but even then with no SpA EVs, it can still stall you out.
  • Kojondo with Fake Out and U-Turn can cause alot of damage, as it will usually outspeed you.
  • Burungeru also walls you with it's high HP and SpD, and it can stall you out with Toxic/ Will-O-Wisp and Recover.

I think you're missing a [Dream World] section. Shadow Tag, unless banned from competitive play, would be the superior Ability choice on all sets.
