Shaky not Solid

Hello, Smogon. After posting my first 2 teams here and getting awesome results with the 2nd, I decided that I need something else because the people I played eventually memorized my team. Its my own creation, like the ones before, but now I need the Pokemon Bible to help me out. Anyways, here's my team. Its a bit weak now that I've experimented, and I need some help. While rating, please keep in mind this - I can't use Rotom forms because I have no AR. Here's the team:

Shaky not Solid

First off, I need a sweeper. I like a lot of sweepers, but have never really tried Tyranitar. He's good as a Dragon Dancer and knows how to pack a punch.

Spr_4d_130_f_s.png

Tyranitar is a bit hard to counter, but he's weak to the popular Earthquake and bulky waters can walk all over him. I need something that works to counter one or both of those while also being something most people don't see often. Enter Choice Band Gyarados.

I still need a lead. I've used popular leads before and wanted to try something different and not used too much. I decided on lead Heatran who can draw out Pokes that Gyara can threaten.

My team is a bit stall weak and needs some walls. I decided on my one of my favorites and one of my new favorites - Vaporeon and Gliscor. They cover weaknesses and have their weaknesses covered.

I'm not sure who I need now. I decided on Breloom, one of the most annoying Pokes ever. He may not be able to 1HKO much in today's metagame, but he can weaken them enough for Vaporeon or Gliscor to finish the job. His weaknesses are still covered in this team.

Heatran (Vesuvius)
Naive
Flash Fire
Shuca Berry
252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Stealth Rock
Fire Blast
Earth Power
Explosion
My lead. Generally, I don't have too much trouble with anything. I don't have a ghost, so I've got a big problem there with Lead Machamps. Otherwise, I'm totally cool with whatever happens. With the Shuca berry, no Earthquake 1HKOs me. I can usually get up rocks unless the opposing lead carries Taunt and is faster.
Here's a small chart of how Heatrandoes against other leads:
Azelf - Either we both get rocks or he taunts while I 2HKO him with Fire Blast
Machamp - I get up rocks and die.
Swampert - I can set up rocks then switch predi
Heatran - Usually, they're exactly the same. We'll both get up rocks and either Earth Power each other to death with speed ties or switch.
Aerodactyl - Either we both set up rocks, or he Taunts, gets up rocks, and dies
Weavile - He's faster and will either Taunt or try to 2HKO with Low Kick
Bronzong - Fire Blast doesn't 2HKO, so we both set up rocks.
Roserade - Because they are almost always sashed, I'll set up rocks and take the sleep. Afterwards, I'm not sure what to do.
Hippodown - Set up rocks and switch to Gliscor to Taunt
Starmie - I can't do much to Starmie. I can't set up rocks either.

Spr_4d_134.png

Vaporeon (Genie)
Bold
Water Absorb
Leftovers
188 HP / 252 Def / 68 SpD
Wish
Protect
Surf
Toxic
Standard wall wish Vaporeon. She covers 3 of my guys. Luckily, she helped me against a Jolteon sweep. I usually wall, Toxic, and pass wishes

Spr_4h_212_f_s.png

Scizor (GoldRanger)
Adamant
Techinican
Choice Band
252 Att / 244 HP / 12 Spe
Its a banded Scizor, who doesn't use him? I decided to him due to my Jolteon weakness. He doesn't help much with Zapdos, but so far he's been doing great.

Spr_4d_130_f_s.png

Gyarados (FirstBlood)
Adamant
Intimidate
72 HP / 252 Att / 184 Spe
Choice Band
Waterfall
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Payback
Most people I know switch to Jolteon predicting a DD, but instead get smacked with a Waterfall. This keeps them guessing because I take no Life Orb recoil, do not dance, and have no leftovers. I haven't seen CB Gyara in a long time, and really like him

Spr_4d_485_s.png%3Cb%3E
Spr_4p_472_s.png

Gliscor (TightGrip)
Jolly
Sand Veil
Leftovers
252 HP / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Earthquake
Roost
Taunt
Knock Off
Luckily, Vappy already has Toxic. So whenever I can force a switch, I'll go for the Knock Off, and hopefully injure the incoming counter. Even with barely any Defense EVs, Gliscor is amazing at walling.
Spr_4d_248_s.png

Tyranitar (Tiamat)
Jolly
Sand Stream
Babiri Berry
252 Att / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Dragon Dance
Crunch
Fire Punch
Rock Slide
My awesome sweeper. I've opted for Babiri over Life Orb because generally, Gyara will have decimated almost everything. Babiri allows me to take any Bullet Punch from Scizor, though generally, any Scizor with the balls to stay in gets smacked by Gyara.

Past Members

Spr_4d_286.png

Breloom (YouKnowMe)
Adamant
Poison Heal
Toxic Orb
12 HP / 252 Att / 244 Spe
Spore
Substitute
Focus Punch
Stone Edge
The infamous SporeSubPunching set. I decided on Stone Edge because Focus Punch hits just as hard and my Zapdos weakness.

Weaknesses
Life Orb Jolteon - WOW. All I can say. When I first ran into one, it destroyed my team. Only by sacking 4 guys was down this son of a bitch
Zapdos - I must hate myself. Almost every team I build is weak to this guy. Only Heatran or Breloom behind a sub has a chance against this guy.
Starmie - Almost every team I make is weak to Starmie too. Sucks because I'm actually not sure how to deal with this one.
Machamp - My best friend is now my worst enemy. I might have to sack Gyara after Heatran dies and finish up with Vappy.

Conclusion

HOLY SHIT. Only after I finish typing up my team did I realize how bad it was. I need some help really quickly. Maybe a ghost suggestion and counter to everything I forgot to realize earlier could help. I also need a scarfer, and should have realized it earlier. Anyway, thanks for reading. Please rate, comment, and give advice.

Looking at your weaknesses, there's one pokemon that can learn all of the moves to counter those:
Gengar

But you may have to alter the moveset a little. Try:
Gengar @ Choice Scarf/Choice Specs
Timid/Modest
Levitate
-Hidden Power [ICE] - Zapdos might be able to take it hit since its specially defensive, but its something
-Thunderbolt - Starmie gets OHKO'd
-Shadow Ball - Also OHKO's Starmie and provides some extra type coverage in general.
-Psychic - GG Machamp

I'm not sure what should be replaced on your team, but it seems good in theory.

Heatran @ Life Orb
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Overheat
- Stealth Rock
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Earth Power/Taunt

I would reccomend this Heatran set for your lead. It's main purpose is to OHKO lead Machamp with Overheat.

As you said yourself, this team is weak to Jolteon, it's also weak to Starmie and most bulky waters, especially Suicune. Offensive Suicune, once it grabs a Calm Mind, can Ice Beam your Breloom, Surf your Tyranitar, OHKO Gyarados [?] with HP Electric, and 2HKO Vaporeon with HP Electric as well. [?]

Your team is also weak to [offensive] Dragon Dance Dragonite, although Gyarados's Intimidate will help you, i don't think 72 HP will let your Gyarados take a +0 Outrage from Dragonite, same goes to Breloom. Tyranitar is taken out by a +1 Earthquake (Does 117% minimum), and i just don't see Rock Slide doing anything to Dragonite at +0 (252 Atk Tyranitar assuming neutral nature does 81.7% - 96.6%, meaning it won't KO if Rocks aren't up, but it has a high chance of making Dragonite kill itself with Life Orb recoil though.

Therefor, i suggest you use Choice Scarf Flygon, it revenge-kills all of the mentioned threats above, though it's not a very good scout, it's a very good revenge killer. I suggest using it over your Gliscor because you already have Vaporeon and Breloom to break stall.

Flygon @ Choice Scarf
252 Atk | 4 SpD | 252 Spe
Jolly | Adamant
Levitate
Outrage | U-Turn | Earthquake | Thunderpunch

I also suggest you change Rock Slide on Tyranitar to Stone Edge, you really need Stone Edge's power.

I would suggest changing Breloom for Snorlax or CB Scizor. It maintains the Bulky Offense theme.
Snorlax can enter in any move of Starmie/Jolteon and Pursuit them until they die.Even a non-CB can OHKO Starmie if Starmie changes.
Scizor cannot enter LO Starmie freely,so you'll need a lot of pivoting until Starmie uses Ice Beam to Scizor change freely and threaten it with U-Turn/Pursuit.Against Jolteon, you can sacrifice some pokes to give LO recoil and kill it with Bullet Punch or you can be manly and sacrifice one poke and use Superpower/U-Turn to kill Jolteon.

I'm glad you were able to find success with your second RMT! Hopefully I'll be able to offer some helpful suggestions again to help you improve your team. To begin with, I agree that the Pokemon you have listed in your threat list are quite troublesome. LO HP Ice Jolteon stands out to me as particularly problematic, seeing as it can sweep through a majority of your team members. While Scizor may be useful in some cases, I feel that it is actually a weak link on this team, as it doesn't clear up your weaknesses against either Jolteon or Zapdos. One good option would be to add in a Grass-type (although Breloom is quite frail), therefore completing your FWG core. Since you still need a revenge killer, a Scarf Shaymin set could perhaps work in Scizor's position:

[box]
492-land.png

Shaymin @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid nature (+Spe, -Atk)
- Seed Flare
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power Ice
- Energy Ball[/box]
Besides clearing up some synergy issues with this team, Scarf Shaymin functions as a decent revenge killer, capable of switching into STAB moves from the likes of Zapdos and Jolteon. Shaymin reaches enough speed with a Choice Scarf to outpace both these threats, as well as +1 DD Dragonite, allowing it to check all three to some degree. This moveset provides the best coverage for revenge killing duties, although the fourth move is somewhat filler. Energy Ball can be good as a secondary STAB attack in case you want to conserve Seed Flare's PP, but a number of other options, such as Rest or even Air Slash, can also work. I would encourage you to give this set a try if you find yourself having difficulty with the Pokemon mentioned in your threat list, because it functions as a reliable check to most of your problems.

Good luck!

Offensive Shaymin. Awesome. What are the IVs for HP Ice? I'm not sure how to handle Machamp though. He's never 1HKOd by any of the sets except Specs and takes hits forever. Tran HAS to set up rocks because he'll never 1HKO. I could use Will-o-wisp, but its too unreliable and only helps against Swampert in addition. Shamyin also only does about 50%. How do I kill him?

Hidden Power IVs can be found here. I personally feel that Machamp leads have become much less popular as of late, but there is fortunately a very easy way to deal with them if you are having trouble. Since you are leading with Heatran, simply change your set to a Modest LO variant with Overheat. This will allow you to OHKO Machamp (with Overheat) and Swampert (with Hidden Power Grass). The only notable drawback would be the loss of Earth Power, but this is hardly problematic since that move is only useful for dealing with other Heatran, who Vaporeon and Gyarados have well-covered. Anyway, this is the LO Heatran lead set that I personally use, courtesy of Phillip7086:

[box]
485_20_0.png

Heatran @ Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire
Nature: Modest (+SpA, -Atk)
EVs: 172 HP / 252 SpA / 84 Spe
- Stealth Rock
- Overheat
- Explosion
- Hidden Power Grass[/box]
The EV spread may look a bit complicated, but they basically maximize Heatran's damage output while maintaining a decent amount of bulk. 84 Speed EVs are needed to outspeed defensive Rotom-A. Feel free to expereiment with the EVs if needed, but make sure to use max Special Attack, as this will give Heatran the best possible chance of OHKOing Machamp (96.1% - 113.4%). Stealth Rock is retained, of course, while HP Grass allows you to take out opposing Water-types, notably Swampert. This is especially useful considering that Swampert is one of the best checks to DD Tyranitar. Explosion will help eliminate special walls such as Blissey or Snorlax, clearing the way for Shaymin to sweep through. Basically, this set keeps the ability to set up Stealth Rock, but has the notable advantages of hitting much harder and luring in / eliminating common counters to some of your other team members.
