1st post FTW!!!!!!

well, this team ive been using for awhile has done really well, and is easily my best team ive used. ive lost a few times but mainly due to hax.

gyarados@leftovers
adamant

EV 212 hp 180 def 100 spd 16 atk

ice fang
earthquake
taunt
dragon dance

I always lead with this pokemon as sometimes i come up against leads who aren't that tough or pose no threat to gyarados and i can taunt them and dragon dance. I like the coverage here too as he can do decent damage to loads of pokemon.

swampert@leftovers
relaxed

EV 240 hp 216 def 52 sp atk

hydro pump
ice beam
earthquake
stealth rock

My least favourite pokemon on this team so if I ever come up against a pokemon who will use a sleep move i switch to this guy as he never does anything. He does counter some important pokemon however.

cresselia@leftovers
calm

EV 252 HP 216 Def 40 SDef

reflect
moonlight
ice beam
charge beam

pretty weak offensively, but great in defence. One of my favourite pokemon on this team by far. I have my doubts on reflect, but has been useful before.

metagross@life orb
adamant

EV 252 atk 152 hp 104 spd

meteor mash
earthquake
agility
explosion

I may replace explosion for a different move but not much makes sense as pursuit is already on heracross, and bullet punch is kinda stupid on an agiligross.

heatran@choice scarf
modest

EV 252 sp atk 236 spd 20 hp

fire blast
earth power
hidden power [electric]
explosion

I opted for scarf as i needed some instant speed. The idea of two exploding pokemon seems weird to me, but dragon pulse and dark pulse won't be that useful. I was thinking about using overheat or flamethrower instead.

heracross@choice band
adamant

EV 252 atk 152 spd 104 hp

close combat
megaorn
stone edge
pursuit

I'd rather have more power on heracross than heatran so i doubt that'll change as it has worked well for me. it is the standard set, and is great. close combat does decent damage to most things due to the choice band.

Here is a threat list that I used this site to make

Give gyarados strone edge + waterfall, or other gyara will rip you apart.

Swampert is fine.

That cresselia is weird. What's the deal with that thing. Give it more defence, and drop moon light and charge beam for either rest + sleep talk or grass knot + calm mind. The first is for reliable healing, and the other is to tank like a pro.

Metagross is also weird. Ice/Thunder punch > Explosion. Coverage.

Pick a different hidden power for tran. Electric does him no good. Ice or grass maybe? One for bulky waters, the other for dragons.

CB Cross is good.
