In this strange place, somewhat similar to the ASB Arena physically, a strange device squawking high above the battlefield interferes with all commands given by trainers. There are no move restrictions, not even against sound-based moves. However, this device causes anything the trainers saw to be completely babbled up and unintelligible. To represent this, trainers will give actions as normal, with substitutions and everything remaining the same. In addition to this, the battlers will also PM the ref a second, different, set of actions. In this PM, they also tell the ref which set of actions their opponent will be using. Have fun, psych out your opponent, and pull sneaky tricks!
