Well, time for another battle in the ASB Arena, this one between Elevator Music, who sends out Manyuura-Weavile, and Pwnemon, who sends out Rodney-Gallade. Gallade makes the first move by attempting to get in Close to Combat its foe, but Weavile uses its great speed and Agility to dodge Gallade's attack, then rakes it with its Claws, which it imbued with the power of Shadows, but Gallade recovers and causes a Rock Slide to fall directly on top of Weavile, then once again attempts to engage its enemy in Close Combat, but Weavile manages to get out from under the rocks just in time to use its superior Agility to dodge Gallade's attack again.

Elevator Music decides to switch Weavile out of a generally unfavorable matchup, and sends in Putera-Aerodactyl, who Flies high into the air as Gallade creates clones of itself to confuse its foe, and it works, as Aerodactyl swoops down and flies right through one of Gallade's Doubles.
Gallade then Focuses itself, but Aerodactyl manages to see through its foe's illusion and carries Gallade into the Sky, then Drops it to the ground below, disrupting its concentration and preventing it from attacking. Gallade then tries to Focus once more, but Aerodactyl grabs it for repeat performance, lifting it into the air and then Dropping it to the ground, sabotaging Gallade's attack once again.

After the foiled plan last round, Pwnemon recalls Gallade and sends out Newman-Kitsunoh its place. Kitsunoh starts off by Smashing Aerodactyl with its paw, but Aerodactyl doesn't react to this; it seems to be Biding its time, waiting for the right moment.... Kitsunoh then rams its Head into Aerodactyl, but still it does not attack... Then crashes into Kitsunoh in a devastating attack that heavily wounds it, but Kitsunoh recovers and strikes Aerodactyl with the force of a Meteor, and it then absorbs a mystical energy created by the attack, energizing it.

Elevator Music decides to send Manyuura-Weavlie back in for a change of strategy, and the round begins. Kitsunoh starts by bracing itself, ready to Endure the hardships of the battle, and is then trapped in a Whirlpool somehow created by Weavile, and gets thrashed around by it, suffering a bit of damage. Weavile then calls on Aerodactyl for an Assist, and is enveloped in an aura shaped like its ally as it lunges at its foe, moving its claws in a scissoring motion that causes the aura to bite down on Kitsunoh with Fiery Fangs that leave lasting burns on it; however, Kitsunoh retaliates with an Endeavored strike that scores a tremendous hit, dealing massive damage. Weavile then Slashes at Kitsunoh with its claws, using the power of the Night to strengthen its attack, but Kitsunoh endures the attack and launches a (Re)vengeful strike on its attacker that sends it reeling backwards before succumbing to the whirlpool that it's somehow still trapped in despite fighting as normal and falls unconscious.

Pwnemon sends Rodney-Gallade back into the arena to continue the fight, who slams its arm into its foe with enough power to Break Bricks easily, but Weavile, who had braced itself before the attack impacted it, manages to Endure the hit. Gallade then Sweeps Weavile's feet out from under it, but Weavile endures this too, although slowed by the attack, and launches a powerful Counterattack that deals heavy damage. Gallade then strikes its foe once more with Brick shattering force, but Weavile endures the blow and Counters it with deadly precision, knocking its attacker unconscious.
