[LLAMA] Frosty vs P2X7

3v3 Singles
Enforced 2 Day DQ Time for players, 3 for referees.
Each player has one DQ warning a match. Go over once, you will use your warning. Go over twice, you will be DQed. This will be at the discretion of the player or one of the hosts if the player takes too long. Referees going over DQ will probably be sacked and replaced.
Infinite Recoveries/Chills per Pokémon.
Three Substitutions per player excluding KO Substitutions.

Abilities:

Torrent: (Passive) When this Pokemon's HP is lower than 33%, the Base Attack Power of any water attack is increased by two (2). (eg Water Pulse goes from 6 to 8, Hydro Pump from 11 to 13)
Protean (HA Unlocked): (Toggle) By default, this Pokemon switches their type before striking with each damaging attack to match the attack they are about to use, and keep that type until another damaging move is used. The energy cost for the attack is calculated based on their type before using the move. When toggled, the Pokemon reverts back to their natural typing. Pokemon that also have Color Change ability may select whether to keep their current type or the damaging attack's type each action.

IF Deoxys uses Skill Swap, AND you are Tormented, AND you are not Taunted, use Protect that action instead and push back, but not consecutively.
IF Deoxys uses Skill Swap, AND you are not Tormented, AND Deoxys is not behind a substitute, use Dark Pulse + Dark Pulse combo that action instead.
