Welcome to the Fairy Gym where everything has to be done quickly or else the fairies kill you. Today our gym leader: Elevator Music, takes on Matezoide: Some annoying Brazilian with a penchant for spamming yolol and hipster mons. Elevator Music brings four Pokémon really? to this fight and well yeah. Pay attention to his Haxplane because that shitty thing almost made me ragequit my match against it. Also because literally everything on the challenger's side save Tauros—who will likely end up being paralysed anyway—is slower than it and nothing resists is hax slash. Matezoide brings two uncommon Pokémon and an uncommon mega who is a fanboy of some nobody called Itsumo. Pay attention to his Tauros because it is the only thing that is not outsped by the haxplane and will most likely be his best avenue to not rage-quitting this match. Enough talk, time to move onto the match itself and matezoide's eventual rage-quit!

Surrounded by thousands of screaming Pokemon fansFairy-type Pokemon, the ASBFairy-type Gym Arena can be best described as a standard Pokemon battling arena. In the center of the arena lies a dirt-based floor outlined to show two separate sides (with a white Pokeball center). Surrounding the dirt is a moat filled with water. The moat is about fifteen feet wide and creates a perimeter around the dirt arena. The arena itself is eighty feet wide, one hundred feet long. All moves, weathers, and abilities are legal for the match, since it's an outdoor arena with a large water source and packed dirt. Pokemon must stay in the arena (or the dimensions of the arena in the case of Flying Pokemon, who cannot leave the arena and cannot fly higher than sixty feet). This prevents Pokemon from injuring the crowd watching the tournament. There are ALMOST no outside interruptions by fans, Pokemon, or other elements not associated with the current battle. However, the Fairy spectators are impatient and want to see a match. If a trainer hesitates excessively during the battle (read: goes over DQ), they will swarm and attack.

About: When his pack was forced to run away from Twilight's Fire-Blast, Steve's Dig was able to catch him off-guard and KO, since then, Bosco has shown to be an extremely quirky Grimer, highly energetic and cheerful towards his team mates regardless of the situation, he can be described as the team's cheer-leader. He is also extremely fond of costumes.

This Pokemon has a foul odor that reeks into each of its attacks, causing all of them to have a 10% flinch rate. This applies to each hit of a multi-hit move.


Sticky Hold (Passive):

This Pokemon’s body is covered in a sticky substance that prevents item theft or swapping.

Nature: Quiet (+ Sp.Attack, - Speed, -10% Evasion)

Type:

Ghost: Ghost STAB; immune to the effects of full trapping moves and the Arena Trap, Magnet Pull, and Shadow Tag abilities. Ghost types can switch out while affected by a partial trapping move, but they will be damaged every action by their effect.

About: Chuck used to live by himself on a haunted house, playing pranks on whoever came by.
In fact, Chuck was extremely lonely in the house, but far too afraid to actualy leave it by himself. Eventualy, Matezoide took a look at the house and was constantly tormented, but unlike past trainers, he decided to stay in there (Much to Bosco and Max's complaints), eventualy managing to trap and capture the ghost type, who finally had actual people to talk and play with.
Despite enjoying his company, Chuck saw himself growing more and more distant, as he watched the others evolve around him, he couldnt understand why he was unable to do that. Eventualy tracked by a doll, Chuck was convinced to fuse with it for power. The sheer evil he had inside his heart, as well as the doll's made Chuck's mind twisted and malignant, caring for nothing but power, he rarely talks to the others and often leaves their home by himself.
Currently, Chuck swore alliance to the Demon Lord Itsumo, abandoning his former friends.

Abilites:

Frisk (Passive):

The Pokemon has intimate knowledge of the opponent's held item and ignores any item-based increases in damage or status. The Pokemon will not be affected by Fling or Natural Gift.

Insomnia (Passive):

This Pokemon is immune to sleep induced by other Pokemon. It's normal state of sleeplessness makes it take 1 less damage and energy/action from Ghost Curse. If it is put to sleep by a Pokemon with Mold Breaker it will wake up the next action. If a Pokemon with Insomnia also has Vital Spirit, its accuracy is raised by one (1) stage permanently.

Cursed Body (HIDDEN ABILITY UNLOCKED, Passive):

When this Pokemon is struck by an opponent's attack, there is a 30% chance that the attack will be disabled. Only one of the opponent's attacks can be disabled at a time due to Cursed Body. A Pokemon with an attack disabled by Cursed Body cannot have another one disabled by Disable, and vice versa.
Prankster (Mega Evolution only, Passive):

This Pokemon is always prepared for engaging in sneaky tactics and trickery, giving it's non-damaging attacks a +1 increase in priority level.

Normal: Normal STAB; +1 BAP on attacks that match dominant arena type after 3 actions. Unable to have Thrash or Outrage disrupted by oncoming damage.

About: Aldebaran was the leader of a Tauros herd and aided the team at taking down a group of thieves. After this, he decided to accompany them as he always wanted to travel around the world, as he knew he wasnt necessary anymore, Aldebaran left the protection of the herd at the hands of his son. He can be describled as Brave, Wise and Strong. He knows a move called Great Horn, taught to him by his father (Rock Climb combo) and is currently training to master the Greater Horn (Double Edge combo), a move he created. Because of his relative old age, he is among the pokemon that gets along well with Twilight, Tara and Ernie.

Abilities:
Intimidate (Activated):


When this Pokemon initially goes out into the battlefield, it generates an intimidating roar or war cry that shakes all opponents on the battlefield, reducing their Attack stage by one (1). The attack drop is maintained at the end of each round. If an opponent switches in a new Pokemon, Intimidate can be activated again as a Command, and will affect all opponents.

Anger Point ( Passive):
When struck with a critical hit, this Pokemon becomes enraged and its Attack rises to maximum (Stage 6). However, its Attack will drop up to two (2) stages at the end of each round instead of one (1) stage until it reaches stage zero (0).

Sheer Force (HIDDEN ABILITY UNLOCKED, Toggle):

Default effect: None.

Alternative effect: This Pokemon can energize all its attacks with a secondary effect (These are damaging moves that either lower the target's stats, raise the user's stats, or inflict a status condition on the target). When Enabled, the Base Attack Power of every move with a secondary effect increases by two (2), but they will never have their usual secondary effect.

Welcome to the Fairy Gym where Matezoide leads with a Banette and Elevator Music leads with... you guessed it, Haxplane. The Banette mega evolves and protects itself from the Haxplane's slash of air before setting up a substitute to protect himself from the Haxplane's attacks. Still, the Haxplane proceeded to decimate the substitute with two strikes of her hax slash as the Banette fires a bullet of sludge at the haxplane for impressive damage.

The Banette avoided the hax this round but he used up heaps of energy to do so in the process. How long can Matezoide stop the Haxplane from haxxing him to death? Find out in the next few updates.

So we now have a change of competitors and now it is Tauros vs. Mawile with the latter mega evolving. A bunch of ability effects later and the battle is on. The Tauros lets off a blast of fire as the Mawile then chops the Tauros critically, making him very pissed off and maximising his attack! Too bad the Tauros did to take advantage as he made a substitute to block the Mawile's swiping attack and then let off another blast of fire for more damage on the Mawile while the Mawile broke the Tauros' Substitute with a shopping manoeuvre.

The Mawile leveled the HP Gap against the Tauros this round and the Tauros used a lot more energy than the Mawile. Can Elevator Music capitalise on this? Can Matezoide capitalise on a high Attack stat? We shall see soon enough.

9.9 you and your substitutes Matezoide. Basically Elevator Music sends his Haxplane back out and starts spamming hax slash. In the meantime, the Banette throws up a substitute to be demolished two hax slashes later, sets up Trick Room to negate the flinches, only to miss with his sludge attack and take a hax slash to the face.
