Soundtrack

You cannot tell how long the journey through the mists of time took - be it a hour, a few seconds, or just an eyebeat. The portal through which you arrive still faints glowly, giving you a feeble sense of safety in the knowledge that you still have a way out of this. But the scenery before you quickly trumps any shred of tranquility you could still cling to.

The cheerful glade that you remembered from your time stands now before you as a wild, savage island. Strong winds blow all around its shores, and fierce waves clash against the rocks. The Seabreak Path is not here - you cannot tell if the raging ocean submerged it or if it formed years - centuries? - later. Regardless, you seem to only have one way to go.

As you head deep inside the woodlands, you soon find an increasing number of chopped trees. At a closer inspection, however, you realize they're not actually chopped, but charred. It looks as if someone, or something, scorched the trees to ashes, leaving nothing but their chopped bases. As you stop there to wonder what could be the cause behind this, however, you suddenly feel the ground shaking rhytmically beneath your feet... shaking as if something big were walking right behind you!

And in fact, as you turn, a gigantic creature stares before you, its reptilian eyes gazing on your minuscule figures with a mixture of rage and defiance.

Its is my charge to watch over this glade, I will see you burn before any harm comes to it.

A stream of fire suddenly surrounds a circular area around you, preventing any escape. At the same time, the creature's flaming body suddenly bursts, bathing the previously dark place in a hot, intense light!

Light Screen should go up right away to dispel Zap Cannon from the slate and Gravity soon after, Druddigon just needs to attack with Rock Slide/Dragon Claw then Gunk Shot. Oak should have about 1200 HP left but when Bloodlust and explosion damage comes into play, then we will accelerate. Probably.

Druddigon should Gunk Shot then Taunt for maximised damage and threat stealing while Fidgit should use Sludge Wave A2 and either attack or Heal Pulse A1. Either way it does not change much as the Poison looks like putting Pyroak into range of being beaten by the end of round five. And Mence worst case scenario excluding crits has 9 hp after a r4 heal pulse (at the end of r5). Yes I know I am asking you to movespam but since this is only like a 5/6 round fight we can be more liberal with energy to maximise damage.

Basically Druddigon should spam Gunk Shot on Pyroak to keep threat and Fidgit should Wide Guard and then attack. We are going to be dealing significant damage this round and Slugma explodes when its HP is 20% (16) or less. Sludge Wave and Hyper Voice alone drop it to 14 HP. Basically attack this round, heal and attack next, then attack again after that,

Round 3

The Slugma is quickly overwhelmed by the strong wide-ranging assault the team throws at Pyroak, and begins to disintegrate! However, Dethl's timely barrier shields the team from the subsequent explosion. The same can't be said for Pyroak, who is badly damaged by the blast. The explosion also seems to have left a fatal flaw in the beast's thick armor, allowing the team to strike with surprising effectiveness. Enraged, Pyroak retaliates with a violent tackle against Dongorongo, followed by a jet of liquid flames.

Okay Fidgit should imo renew Light Screen and then give Druddigon another heal while Druddigon should just hit the attack button. Considering the damage we have dealt we should easily win this next round if my calculations are right.

Fidgit should Wide Guard and attack while Druddigon should use Rock Slide then Gunk Shot. Slugma should have around 10 HP after the three spread attacks. Mence should regain threat A2 but it is of little consequence as Druddigon finishes the job this round with an expected value of -34 HP after this round.

The flames consumed a large part of the forest around you, revealing a path you previously missed that seems to lead deeper inside the island. Steeling your resolve, you head straight into it without looking back.

The route cuts through the woodlands, deeper and deeper until you can barely see the faint rays of the sun filtering from above. The forest around you looks still, dreadfully silent, as if your steps on the ground sounded like bells tolling in an abandoned church. However, you can't shrug off the chilling feel of being... watched... by something. Strange noises, echoing and suddenly fading into silence an instant after. You wonder if you're just imagining all of it.

Then, a crash. You turn around, frightened and trying to gaze into the darkness around you in search of a hint. Nothing... but that crashing noise cannot possibly be something you imagined. Round 1

The team immediately turns its attention to Malaconda's allies, while Wyrm does his best to grab the dark serpent's attention. However, Malaconda gleefully glares at both Dragon-types, crippling them with paralysis. On top of this, Dongorongo also has to suffer Serperior's violent strikes. Meanwhile, Dethl shields the team somehow, allowing Wraith to take on Dunsparce with more confidence. After having secured each foe on the right target, the team goes on an all-out offense. Serperior's frailty causes it to fall first, but this doesn't seem to bother Malaconda significantly.

Malaconda: Thisss won't make any difference

On the contrary, the Dark-type serpent grins maliciously, and calls upon a curse on the team!

If no adds spawn next round (which I doubt) we can probably hit the OMFG button as Malaconda as sole attacker won't be able to take down our mons even with impending doom considered. If not, well, I will need to crunch some numbers depending on who are the last two adds. We will just need to get rid of the hax factor or minimize it a bit.

Next round I intend to dispel either gengar or drudd and heal pulse the other one. If, by some chance, we end up needing both asap, we will need to dispel one and shadow mend the other a1 instead. Fidgit is healthy and shouldn't mind the -20hp, so I won't bother with it. Sure if Impending Doom is triggered now too then we can ditch all options in the garbage and hit bloodlust (although I don't think they will stack, so we should be safe for this round).

If Adds I am thinking that we will need to either:
a) Destroy the most dangerous one with focus fire and try to weaken the other while licking our wounds. Bloodlust on the following round.

B brings the best results, but is riskier. Depends a lot of who are the other 2 spawns. If one of them is Steelix (and typewise it makes sense), going all out would be bad as it resists or is immune to all of our spread attacks, in which case "a" is probably wisest. If no steelix, b becomes more viable. I think.

Then, the dark serpent bites Wyrm repeatedly, weakening the Salamence's scaly armor. However, its glares no longer seem to be able to cripple the raid members, now that Dethl shielded them with a veil. This seems to set the team in a good spot for offensive action, but doom approaches...

Okay time to pull the trigger lets start bulldozing this thing etc. While Mala's Special bulk is high enough to not be killed in two rounds, we can beat them in three. The odd heal works. Impending Doom is nothing bad and we should be able to take it.
