So we are deciding the fate of the decay system as covered in this thread. We only have one thing to vote on here. That thing is:
What should we do with the decay system?
Keep the current system
Make all stat changes maintain the changed stat the round it is used
Remove the system altogether
So yeah, what will we do with it? That is what we will find out. This thread will close when all five members have voted or a majority is reached.

The premise was to make the decay system simpler and stat changing moves less useless. The simplest was to remove it altogether but my concerns were unanswered. Therefore I have no place to vote on something where I am not reassured it will be "all right". So replacing the current one with a simpler system that makes all stat changes not decay the round it is used that achieves both objectives without the "power creep" that some are concerned about is the best option.

As IAR said. I am mainly concerned about Evasion and Acc Drops.
