Lost, let's see how well you do in this matchup. Our goal here is to learn about different opponents (and to keep using my PS avatar because I'm too lazy to find a better one).

IF you are burned when you are to use Imprison, THEN replace that action with Imprison [Confuse Ray, Shadow Ball, Night Shade].
IF Gastly is to use Hypnosis, THEN use Protect (once), push back actions, and change A3 to Disable [Hypnosis].

Round 1
And we're off! In the first round our lovely battler, DeathWriter, decides that her Gastly would be the best lead for this battle, to which Silver quickly responds with a Duskull. An ideal but even matchup for both sides, considering they both SE STAB on each other. I'd give the edge to a Gastly though, since it has better offenses and higher base HP. But let's see how this first round plays out. Ooh! Firstly, Spectre prepares a ball of shadows, and fires it straight at Lost, doing a solid amount of damage. Duskull, seeming unfazed by the damage, decides to take the time to prevent his opponent from using some quite powerful moves. Emily decides that she might need a different approach, and decides to have Spectre apply a wicked curse on Lost, but it seems to really take a lot out of Spectre to do so. Silver sees the weakened Gastly and has Lost capitalize on this, firing off one of his own balls at it. Lost winces, as the curse begins to settle in on him. Gastly decides that he doesn't appreciate that last attack, and sets yet another curse on Lost, hoping to deter Lost from trying that twice. Silver completely ignores this and instead orders to send a chilling wind at Spectre, which for some reason spooked the ghost. Lost winces one more, as the curse is grabbing hold. Here in ASB, we believe that combat is best done via damaging your opponents, which is why Silver has managed to take the lead in this matchup. Well, that and the fact that Emily basically ordered Spectre to half kill itself, which is a bit odd. Let's see what she in store for us next.

Round 2
Round 2 ladies and gentlemen, let's get right into it! Spectre launches a very powerful bolt of lightning at Duskull... who seems to be taking the hit pretty well. Wait, what's that? Duskull begins flashing yellow with electricity coursing through it. Seems like it got paralyzed, so this might get interesting. Lost chugs through his paralysis, launching its second chilling wind at Spectre, doing massive damage and really spooking Spectre. Silver recognizes the opening and orders Lost to use Shadow Sneak. Lost seems a bit slow at first, but then he takes off into the shadows, speeding right through Spectre, knocking him out. And that is the first KO of the match ladies and gents! Let's see how Emily manages to recover from this, but this is going to be a seemingly uphill battle.

Emily quickly decides that Tecton would be the best candidate for this matchup, and boy was she right about that! Tecton leads quickly with a massive slam dealing a ton of damage to Lost. While this is happening, Tecton continues to rampage and KO's Lost in the process! Thank you, thank you all! What a terrific audience! Now then, lets get back to the match.

With the Gible attacking in a blind fury, Silver_Lucario realises that a defensive maneuver will be necessary here. Storm quickly creates two Clones with it's Double Triple-Team, just in time as Tecton picks a random target to discount his rage at. What seems to be a direct hit from it's Outrage turns out to be the equivalent of punching air, as the Rufflet that was struck disapears. Or was he never there? We shall never know.

It is at this time that the Dragon type finally calms down from it's Outrage, becoming confused for the max amount of actions. Things take a turn for the worse as the vulnerable Gible is unable to move out from the way as Rufflet dives from the sky into a beautiful Aerial Ace that strikes a Critical Hit!

Getting up midly injured, Gible, realises that only the real Rufflet has a shadow, manages to fight off it's confusion and land a powerful Rock-Tomb, surprising Storm and Silver!

With it's wing temporarily clipped, Storm is unable to move out of the way as Tecton unleashes a Stone-Edge for massive damage, sending the bird flying away!

Just barely catching it's balance, however, Storm is able to land gracefully on the ground and once again multiplies itself.

With it's wing temporarily clipped, Storm is unable to move near as quickly as before, but has managed to create two illusions. Will Silver and Storm manage to keep themselves in the game with just that, ordering first?

And here we are on the next round!

Decided to keep the offensive pressure and the speed advantage simultaneously, Tecton goes for another Rock-Tomb, but as Silver_Lucario was hoping for, the attack instead hits a clone.

Grinning, Storm reaches for his pocket (???) and pulls out a massive mask!

10qz38z.jpg

OOGA-BOOGA-BOOGA!!!!!!

Too frightened by such a sight, the young Tecton actually wets himself! The unconfortableness is sure to slow him down for a good amount of time.

Taking off the mask, Storm rushes for the offensive, managing to pull off a short Aerial maneuver to get a good hit on the Dragon type, he sure Aced that one, eh?!

Not one to take damage without trying to get retaliation, Gible turns out and shoots another Rock Tomb, this time aiming for the Rufflet that actually attacked him. Just barely getting a hit, Storm faces severe damage as, this time, his legs take surpeficial damage, lowering the speed even further!

Luckly for DeathWriter, the unconfortableness of wetting yourself is worse than superficial, but annoying, injures, allowing Storm to be faster.

Why is that a good thing you ask? You see, my dear reader, since Rufflet is faster now, it means it gets to use Double-Team before Gible can attempt to attack, allowing her sub to trigger. Were Gible faster, the sub would be unable to activate, as it would have already started to prepare it's combo.

Once again making clones, and once again missing a Rock-Tomb, Tecton as managed to maintain the HP lead, but using the same move 3 times in a row is not good for your energy. Now that Silver_Lucario has the change to order second, what will DW do?

Sometimes I wish I joined ASB before Double Team was nerfed.

Aerial Ace ~ Wing Attack ~ Aerial Ace
IF Gible is to use Rock Tomb THEN use Double Team (2) and push back, but only once. -\_(' '/)_/-
IF Gible is to use a damaging Rock-type combo AND the above substitution didn't activate THEN Dodge that action.

Finally deciding to actually fight as his wing heals a bit more, Storm changes tactics and dives on Tecton, Acing an Aerial attack on the side of his head!

However, what happened next is something nobody could expect. For you see, Tecton has, in fact, two personalites!

PSYCOPATH

Fed up with the Double-Team shenanigans, Tecton decides to go for the attack! A powerful hit from it's Outrage deals considerable damage, and even manages to draw some blood!

Surprised at his opponent's newly found lust for battle, Storm retaliates with an Attack from it's Wing, but it only leads for Gible to attack even harder than before, Outraging all over his opponent, could this be the end for Storm?!

No! Storm manages to kick Tecton off him and goes for another Aerial Ace, which is met head on by the dragon's Outrage! The collision is intense, and the power caused by the impact is enough to cover the arena in dust!

A few minutes of calm and silence, however, and the dust clears. The Rufflet is down, and the Gible appears to have reverted to his normal personality!

Managing to reach the impressive 2 KO'es mark, Tecton looks quite exhausted. Will he manage to stand up to the mighty of Silver's ace?
