502 Proxy Error when attempting to get on other servers

I've been getting this error when I try to go on different servers other than main (haven't encountered it there so far):

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

Apache/2.2.23 (CentOS) Server at oriserver.psim.us Port 80

It occurs with my own server as well so it's not anything custom code related I believe. Has anyone else gotten this error?
