Hey fam, it's no secret I've been paying minimal attention to this giveaway, it looks like I won't even be able to complete Exciting Eeveelutions in the foreseeable future. However, I would love to keep bringing you guys whatever I already have in stock, please post if you want something or poke me through PMs or on Discord.



Some of these breeds were tough! I promise I haven't been slacking. It's a shame the Eeveelutions have all but fallen into competitive obscurity, but that won't stop me from bringing you guys the best of the best. Have you noticed a theme yet with the nicknames?



For wave 2, we're throwing it back to Gen 1. Some of the Pokemon introduced in RBY had some... questionable design choices. But these certainly didn't! They've aged like a fine wine, and Vaporeon nears the top of my favorites list. Here's a sample pack of the 3 vintage Eeveelutions. Also, a super enormous thank you to Hare_vs_Tortoise, whose donations have nearly single-handedly carried this giveaway theme.



I can barely believe I've been hosting this giveaway for an entire year. In my time here on Smogon, I've traded away many thousands of Pokemon to friends and strangers all over the world. This post marks the beginning of A Blue Giveaway's second year, and I'll do my best to continue bringing you my own wacky assortment of awesome, rare Pokemon, and totally unnecessary stuff, like the unset Umbreon below. This Umbreon comes with the Gen IV exclusive tutor move Sucker Punch, along with 3 other moves that cannot be relearned. It's also a ribbon master; not a bad mon to kick off the new year!

Important Information​

This giveaway thread hosts two giveaways: a continuous giveaway where I distribute Pokemon through the GTS, and a Sunday Giveaway where I will direct trade a Pokemon to you. Please don't confuse the two, you can't request a Sunday Giveaway Pokemon through the GTS!! GTS Pokemon will be available forever once added, whereas Sunday GA Pokemon will only be offered for a limited time, then added to the archive (and eventually a trade thread). You may participate in both giveaways if you wish, and can even make both requests in a single post so long as you follow the Rules and Guidelines for each giveaway.

• This giveaway thread is for 7th generation Pokemon games (Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, Ultra Moon). Ultra Sun/ Moon exclusive Pokemon or moves can't be sent to Sun or Moon.
• Make sure to answer the weekly question!
• You may request as many GTS Pokemon as you like, however you are only allowed to ask for one GTS Pokemon per game, per post. Limit one per person on Sunday Giveaways.
• For the Sunday Giveaway, only the Featured Pokemon are available for distribution. I typically host this giveaway between 6pm-12am EST, please wait for me to update the the thread before posting. If you'd like something from the archive, I hold a special giveaway every 10th week.
• When I offer nicknamed Pokemon, I'll try to make an option available without the nickname as well. For example, #151 - Mew - Nick: Tom | none denotes a Mew named Tom, along with a clone that has no nickname. With the exception of gen 7 Pokemon, only nicknamed Pokemon will carry the full set of ribbons shown. I do not offer custom nicknames.

The release of Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon brought a handful of features coveted by players new and old for many years; It is now possible to encounter and catch nearly every legendary Pokemon, shiny or otherwise, in Apricorn Balls. If that wasn't enough, USUM made available the ever-essential DEFOG as a tutor move. To the delight of many players, so many previously rare combinations of moves and balls are easily available in a just a single game. However, much to the chagrin of gen 4 players, these features make the Pokemon we've spent years collecting all but obsolete. With so many things no longer exclusive to gen 4 games, the desire to play or RNG in these games is now extremely niche.

I won't pretend I'm not a bit salty about this, so my next several giveaways will be dedicated to bringing you some of the features still exclusive to generation 4: easily abusable TID for renaming events, a ton of exclusive ribbons, and the handful of balls and moves still exclusive to gen 4 games. I hope you all have as much fun using these Pokemon as I had collecting and training them over the years :))
