A Very X/Y/OR/AS 6IV Breeding Guide (that doesn't use Ditto.)

Only applicable place for this guide; also no [Research] tag, as much as I'd like it, as per OI rules. xPosted from my GFAQS Thread a very long time ago.

General Warning: This method is somewhat time consuming. It took me around 8 hours to breed the lot, although I did not use the infinite bike loops.

This Guide will only assume two thing; You own X or Y, and Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire and have beaten them. You need one version of either game.

Some guides cover how to chain Ditto until you get your perfect amorphous breed machine. This isn't those guides; this guide will cover everything else.

Only the names of Locations and NPC Trainers are mentioned. I won't be posting spoilers for any reason.

Item Notes: Destiny Knot allows for the inheritance of 5IVs from parent Pokemon. Mandatory.

A few things to note for ORAS Breeding and Capturing;

Fallarbor Town carries Quick Balls, Dusk Balls, and Dive Balls.

Verdanturf Town carries Heal Balls, Luxury Balls, and Nest Balls.

Rustboro Town, after talking to the scientist on Route 116 will carry Repeat Balls, Timer Balls, Net Balls.

Destiny Knot - Obtained from Couple Louis and Hal in Sea Mauville.

X/Y Breeding and Capturing Notes -

All Pokeballs of relevance are sold in the Lumiose Pokeball Boutique, which can be accessed via taxi, if nothing else.

Destiny Knot - The Hotel in Cyllage.

The Meat of the Subject:

Any Pokemon caught under the [Unidentified] Egg Group will begin with three IVs maxed in both ORAS and XY. That is the basis of this guide. Normally one would need to do research to continue along with that train of thought. I've done the research instead.

To start; one needs Budew (Caught in Route 4, X/Y). Continue catching them until you've acquired two with separate maxed IVs.

IE; Budew #1 is HP/ATK/DEF and Budew #2 is SPATK/SPDEF/SPE.

Using the Destiny Knot, breed them together until you've obtained two 4IV Roselia, and so forth and so on.

Now to proceed into having a 6IV Pokemon for every egg group.

6IV Roselia (Male) will breed with (Female):

Pikachu, Santalune Forest (XY), Safari Zone (ORAS)

Castform, Weather Research Lab (ORAS)

Bulbasaur. Lumiose City (XY).

6IV Pikachu(Male) will breed with (Female);

Farfetch'd, Route 22 (XY)

Pancham. Route 5 (XY).

6IV Castform(Male) will breed with (Female):

Yamask. Caught as Cofagrigus in Mirage Caves (ORAS).

6IV Bulbasaur(Male) will breed with (Female):

Axew, Connecting Cave (XY), Granite Cave (ORAS)

6IV Axew(Male) will breed with (Female);

Skrelp, Route 8 (Y), Route 105 (OR). Global Trade Station recommended.

6IV Skrelp(Male) will breed with (Female):

Inkay, Route 8 (XY)

Surskit, Route 3 as Masquerain (XY), Route 102 (ORAS)

Corphish, Route 3 (XY), Route 102 (ORAS)

12 Pokemon, 13 types covered.

For the Egg Groups, I will list them now.

Roselia is Grass/Fairy.
Pikachu is Fairy/Field.
Farfetch'd is Field/Flying.
Pancham is Field/Human-Like.
Castform is Fairy/Amorphous.
Yamask is Amorphous/Mineral.
Bulbasaur is Grass/Monster.
Axew is Monster/Dragon.
Skrelp is Dragon/Water 1.
Surskit is Water 1/Bug
Inkay is Water 1/Water 2.
Corphish is Water 1/Water 3.

Additional Information:

Power Items can be used to pass on specific IVs.
Everstone can pass on specific natures.
Natures can be acquired through use of Synchronize; Ralts (Route 102, ORAS) is the most common user of this.
