Dragon Ascent is Mega Rayquaza's main STAB move for denting anything that doesn't resist Flying. Extreme Speed allows Mega Rayquaza to revenge kill faster foes with extremely strong priority. V-create hits opposing Steel-types like Klefki and Skarmory, and Waterfall allows Mega Rayquaza to OHKO Primal Groudon if Desolate Land is not in effect and hits Rock-types such as Rock Arceus and Tyranitar.

Set Details
========

Maximum Attack investment with a Choice Band allows Mega Rayquaza to hit as hard as possible to wallbreak more effectively. Maximum Speed investment lets Rayquaza outspeed as many foes as possible to KO them without relying on Extreme Speed. An Adamant nature further increases Mega Rayquaza's attacking power and secures the OHKO on uninvested Arceus and standard Xerneas, but Jolly can be used to outspeed Latias and Mega Diancie and Speed tie with opposing Mega Rayquaza. 4 Special Defense EVs make Genesect's Download grant it a boost to Attack rather than Special Attack, weakening its Ice Beam.

Usage Tips
========

Mega Rayquaza should be brought in often versus balanced and defensive teams to quickly break through their defensive cores. Scout for the typing of opposing Arceus formes before throwing out attacks to avoid using Dragon Ascent into Steel or Rock Arceus or being rendered setup fodder for Ghost Arceus after using Extreme Speed. Be aware that Waterfall can be somewhat weak and many common Pokemon such as Primal Kyogre and opposing Mega Rayquaza resist it and can use a Choice-locked Mega Rayquaza for setup fodder. If the opposing team has a fast sweeper such as Geomancy Xerneas or Deoxys-A, Mega Rayquaza can be preserved to revenge kill them with Extreme Speed.

Team Options
========

Setup sweepers such as Geomancy Xerneas and Swords Dance Ghost Arceus appreciate Mega Rayquaza's ability to demolish defensive Pokemon. Entry hazard removers such as Fairy Arceus and Giratina-O can remove Stealth Rock to grant Mega Rayquaza more opportunities to switch in. Mega Rayquaza also appreciates Stealth Rock setters such as Primal Groudon and Skarmory to wear down switch-ins even more easily. Primal Kyogre is an excellent offensive partner, as it can take on Rock and Steel Arceus for Mega Rayquaza while Mega Rayquaza checks Primal Groudon. Fairy-types checks such as Steel Arceus and Primal Groudon help take on foes such as Mega Diancie, which can revenge kill Mega Rayquaza. Status absorbers such as Rest Primal Kyogre and Aromatherapy Xerneas can switch into Thunder Wave or Will-O-Wisp from foes such as Klefki and bulky Arceus formes.

Moves - "main STAB to hit (threaten to kill) anything that doesn't resist it "

Set details - Maybe mention why guaranteed kills vs E killers and Xerns are some pros of Adamant over Jolly.

Usage tips - Since Bandray lacks the ability to boost its speed tier and will be locked into one move, it's extremely helpful if rocks are off the field. Should be used vs E killers, which will likely predict d dance, set up on it and die to ascent after rocks.

Team Options - Modest P ogre switches into Steelceus and Rockceus - two arc types that can switch into Mray quite well, and puts pressure on defensive walls that Mray can't break through. Swagkey cripples teams with priority twave, which Mray can capitalise on.

Ditto's presence provides a psychological advantage, allowing Mray to execute its moves without becoming setup fodder. It should be noted, however, that ditto is mostly in teams to stop setup and barely ever puts in any work.

Set:
- I'd add Earthquake slashed with V-create. It's excellent coverage when paired with Flying, becoming an excellent option for most Rayquaza sets. This is no different on the Banded set.
- Can slash Aqua Tail with Waterfall, as it can pick up the guaranteed OHKO on Physically Defensive Primal Groudon sets. It also allows more damage if they opt for the switch, predicting the Water coverage.
// 252+ Atk Choice Band Mega Rayquaza Waterfall vs. 248 HP / 248+ Def Primal Groudon: 380-448 (94.2 - 111.1%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO
// 252+ Atk Choice Band Mega Rayquaza Aqua Tail vs. 248 HP / 248+ Def Primal Groudon: 428-504 (106.2 - 125%) -- guaranteed OHKO
- Move the 4 EVs in Defense to SpD to disable the Download boost for an increase of Genesect's Ice Beam power.

Set Details:
- You could potentially mention the 4 SpD EVs, as it's a reasonable mention.

Otherwise, looks great.
