Okay... this poke is clearly for suport.
Heal Bell for removing status from team, I think here also for Defog for removing hazards.
King Shield is great for physical users, and Magic Bounce give immunity from any status anyway.
Foul Play give ofensive option and now we can use oponents atack stats against him. When we are going for full status: We can put Defog here.
Heal Order just for heal.
When we really hate Terravolt Spore: use Safety Goggles, but I think Leftovers is much better than Safety Goggles here.

EDIT 1: Foul Play have bad usage with King Shield... Now I see...
Well... Just we can switch King into Spiky Shield, when we use Foul Play. King Shield id still good, when we use Defog on Foul Play slot...

Similar to other suggestions, KOff/Magma Storm MegaRay lures in then cripples Fur Coat Chansey and kills Sturdy Shedinja. Infestation can be used, but I think Magma Storm is better for the various Steel-types in the tier. Boomburst 2HKOs Chansey after its Eviolite is gone (252 SpA Sharp Beak Aerilate Mega Rayquaza Boomburst vs. 0 HP / 252 SpD Chansey: 348-411 (54.2 - 64.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO [of the top 6 Chansey spreads used, this one takes the least from Boomburst, but it is still 2HKOd]) while Magma Storm's partial trapping effect obviously kills Shedinja and annoys other walls that try to switch in. A pretty solid mon that meshes well with its could-be teammate, eliminating its only 2 real checks, and that can finish off weakened mons or bash walls for its partner to finish up :P

Just be the honest - Nearly all other propositions are weak against Ice and Fairy.
And Dragons, of corse.
We need tank, who can take any hit what is super effective on Rayquaza.
I give idea for true "Shield", but Sturdy strategy is also good.
Immunity against any direct damage, but not that great against weather, hazards, trap moves... also Mold Breakers...
But still this bug is better than another dragon...

I'd vote for I suck at pokermon but he uses heal order instead of milk drink making the set instantly unviable.

So MAMP, the protean lure + ate is an excellent offensive core.
