Aussie [♂]
Type: Water

Abilities:
Swift Swim:
(Passive) The Pokemon with this ability moves extremely fast in slick, rainy conditions, doubling (x2) its Speed in the rain.
Sniper: (Passive) This Pokemon has deadly accuracy and strikes sensitive points, increasing its critical hit bonus from +3 to +5 on single attacks, +2 to +3 on two-hit attacks, and +1 to +2 on multi-hit attacks.
Damp: (Passive) (H, locked) This Pokemon releases a damp mist upon entry into battle that short circuits the opponent's ability to use Self-Destruct or Explosion.

Rock For Brains [♂]
Type: Dragon

Abilities:
Rock Head:
(Passive) This Pokemon's hard body prevents it from taking recoil damage from moves such as Double-Edge, Flare Blitz, and Head Smash. This does not prevent recoil damage from Struggle.
Sheer Force: (Toggle) (H, locked) By default this Pokemon can energize all its attacks with a secondary effect (These are damaging moves that either lower the target's stats, raise the user's stats, or inflict a status condition on the target). The Base Attack Power of every move with a secondary effect increases by two (2), but they will never have their usual secondary effect. When toggled, no effect.

Noibat [M] [-----]
Types: Flying/Dragon
Flying: Flying STAB; immunity to Ground attacks and the Arena Trap Ability except under the effects of Smack Down and Gravity, even for ground-based flying Pokemon. Will always hit foes with Dig (except other Flying types) and Dive. Cannot be hit by Dive unless the attacking Pokemon has a si e class greater than four (4). Unaffected by Spikes or Toxic Spikes. when switching in. Able to hit Pokemon in the evasive stage of Bounce, Fly or Sky Drop with single target moves that hit Pokemon on the field regardless of position.
Dragon: Dragon STAB; -1 BAP on incoming neutral attacks Dragon itself would resist (e.g. -1 BAP on Aqua Jet against Garchomp.) Unable to have Thrash or Outrage disrupted by oncoming damage.

Abilities: Frisk | Infiltrator | Telepathy (H)
Frisk: The Pokemon has intimate knowledge of the opponent's held item and ignores any item-based increases or decreases in damage, BAP and STAB from the opponent's item. This will not block the increase in BAP moves like Acrobatics and Knock Off that incur when an item is or isn't held. Item-Based increase in ranks (Such as from Rare Candy) are not negated by Frisk. The Pokemon will not be affected by Fling or Natural Gift.
Infiltrator: Through a combination of speed and cunning, this Pokemon easily circumvents the effects of Light Screen, Mist, Reflect, Safeguard, and Substitute with all of its attacks.

Telepathy: This Pokemon has a mental link with its allies in multiple battles, which allows it to avoid taking damage from allied attacks that damage each foe or the entire field like Blizzard and Earthquake. They are still affected by an opponents spread damage attacks.

A couple notes:
1) Ordering and using Combinations almost never go well together due to the plethora of effects that could ruin your plans
2) Always check the feasibility of a combination with the ref if it is not: A) Commonly used combination or B) Same-Move Combination [That was me reiterating my stance from IRC regarding that combination]
3) Moves like Smokescreen are only necessary when you have no hopes of winning the matchup. However, Horsea could win this matchup with simple Focus Energy (to set up Sniper) ~ Ice Beam ~ Ice Beam, with each Ice Beam doing [(9+5+3) x 1.5] = 25.5 DMG with your only needs being subbing against being abused on A1 when you need to Focus Energy against a faster opponent.
4) Lastly, you really should check abilities PRIOR to ordering, because then you would have noticed that Rufflet comes with Keen Eye, and thus does not care about your Smokescreen

Nah, gives me HUGE type advantage, but puts me at risk of losing Horsea in this battle.
W/e, time to continue.

Solar Beam ~ Dragon Pulse ~ Solar Beam
IF Horsea is to use a Damaging Ice Move AND not in a combination AND you are faster, THEN Fly and push back
IF Horsea is to use a Damaging Ice Combination, THEN Fly (Suspend) that action, Fly (Attack) the next action and push back twice

Sorry for the delay.
1) Octazooka, while a STAB move, is: a) resisted by Noibat and b) weaker than Scald
2) Smokescreen is quite useless as a move unless you can't win a matchup without it.
3) I left a massive opening for you to keep Horsea in my orders. There was nothing about P/E moves, which you happen have on Horsea (Agility [Evasive]). This round was best fought using Agility (Evasive) ~ Dragon Breath ~ Agility (Evasive) and preparing to hammer Noibat.
4) Always run calculations on the damage that you and your opponent will be doing.

Aight, GO BAGON.
can I have no item attached?
Nah jk. EXP share. Because Time-Space is broken. Blame Dialga und Palkia.
Focus Energy>Rock Tomb>Dragon Rush
weird moves I know but just to be sure

1) Always use substitutions when ordering first, especially when something can go wrong.
2) Focus Energy is not the most advisable of moves here considering the lack of a move like Draco Meteor or an ability such as Sniper that capitalizes off of the crits.
3) In a matchup where both mons have the capability to deal STAB SE damage, your focus should either be stalling it out (which Bagon cannot do), or outracing (which Bagon can do). You got mighty lucky that the Fly missed, but this shows the strength of a damage race.
4) These are just things that come with experience though, which is why you get to do 3 battles like this.

Outrage ~ Outrage ~ Outrage
IF Dragon Rush is to be used AND outside of a combination, THEN Fly
IF a P/E move is to be used at least once this round, THEN Start queue (Dragon Pulse ~ Dragon Pulse ~ Fly)

1) Very good job noticing that Outrage is broken by moves with BAP 13 or higher. Rock Tomb was a great choice for the combo in order to also slow me down.
2) This round was actually best played by doing Rock Tomb ~ Dragon Claw ~ Dragon Claw. Remember that your STABs are definitely your best option in damage dealing here since it is also SE. You only need to simply Rock Tomb without a combo in order to make me slower than you {FLOOR(64/1.75) = 36 < 50}, then you can wail on me with two Dragon Claws that each do 19.5 damage to be added to the Rock Tomb's 13.5 damage in order to KO Noibat A3 and live to see the following round.
3) Ember was a poor selection of move for A3 considering its low BAP (4), Bagon's low SpA (2), and the fact that Noibat resists it.
