I've only got 3 particularly good trades, and none of them are shiny, which makes "Good" a pretty optimistic term.

yes, i have even heard of 5th gen bred pokemon in non standard pokeballs making it through
i have been wary of many pokebank legend trades and have not traded any of them. I do not plan to do so unless i can trace back the RNG'er
You also have people downloading pokemon off of pokecheck and transferring them.
