Ok, ladies and gentleman, today we have a match between Starwarsfan (who, if you have not guessed, seems to really like Starwars) and GemOfTheDay!

Both of these trainers will do everything in their power to win this battle, but only one shall emerge victorious. But who? We’re about to find out! (or we will in the next couple days).

And there they go!
Starwarsfan releases I CAN FLY the Togetic, while GemOfTheDay does the same with Lincoln the Tirtouga!
Will the type advantage be enough for her to win this?

Wait, is that a camera? How do I look? Fine? Really?

Ejem... as I was saying, both trainers have released their Pokémon, and they both get ready to start the fight!
The first move is made by I CAN FLY, who, afraid of Lincoln's powerful Rock type attacks, sets up a Reflect to reduce incoming damage.
Lincoln, unlike her, decides to go on the ofenssive, striking with the Edge of a Stone, dealing notable damage despite I CAN FLY's barrier.
Not wanting to go on the offensive yet, I CAN FLY throws a Sweet Kiss to Lincoln, which leaves him confused and thinking what the hell is going on.
He, however, maintains his composture and slams the Togetic with an Aqua Tail. Tired of seeing her being a punching bag,
starwarsfan yells at I CAN FLY telling her to go on the offensive, which she does, with a barrage of Leaves that have some kind of Magical glow.
The damage, however, is unnimpresive because of the Tirtouga's combination of Sturdy and Solid Rock. With a smile on her face, GemOfTheDay
tells Lincoln to repeat his first move, but the Tirtouga is feeling the effects of the Kiss and slaps himself out of confusion.

The ground is pretty even, with GemOfTheDay managing to deal more damage, but not as much as she wanted thanks to
starwarsfan's terrific countermeasures. The battle started pretty even, so it is still too soon to tell who will win!

And the battle continues!
I CAN FLY continues on the offensive with another barrage of Magical energy - infuse Leaves, which would hurt a lot if it weren't
for the Tirtouga's incredibly hard shell! Seeing the damage is not enough, the Togetic decides to go por the paralysis and shots a
Wave of blue sparks at her opponent. Lincoln, however, had seen this coming, so he Dived underwater to completely avoid the attack, and
then resurfaced next to I CAN FLY and slammed her to the ground! The Togetic, however, is far from surrendering, so she once again
fires a stream of Magical Leaves, which are starting to take they're tool. Not wanting to fall back on the damage race, Lincoln once
again smacks her with a Stone Edge, keeping him ahead on this fight!
