Moves
========

Boomburst is a very strong STAB move that allows Chatot to muscle through any Pokemon that doesn't resist it. Chatter is a great STAB move for Chatot for its 100% confusion chance, and though there are the 2 reasons to use it, it is not a very powerful move, (comma) but confusion gives Chatot a is good, giving him chance to use sub Substitute. Nasty Plot gives extra power to Chatot's his moves, instantly doubling its Special Attack. (period) it doubles instantly its SAtk, but there are Other options can be used over on it, depends depending on the team, such as Encore, Substitute and Hidden Power Ground. Encore is a nice support move; (comma to semicolon) Chatot it can use it against boosters or hazard setters. Substitute is nice to set up and spam Boomburst or Chatter, giving Chatot a buffer wall to take hits and an immunity to status, which make it pretty annoying versus stall teams. Hidden Power Ground can be used is to weaken Chatot's counters, (comma) like Bastiodon and Electrode, but using it means Chatot has to forgo the utility of Encore and Substitute gives vulnerability against status moves and it can't set up on set up moves or hazard setters. Set Details
========

The last 4 EVs are put into on Defense and not into on HP to reduce Stealth Rock damage.

Usage Tips
========

Behind the Substitute, Chatot it deals heavy damage with Boomburst, a powerful STAB move.
